As a PRODUCTION CONTROLLER, GS-1152-09, you will establish plans and schedules for maintenance and repair, using multiple process production methods and procedures for a variety of vehicles and equipment such as combat vehicles, heavy-duty engineering and mobile equipment, tracked vehicles, towed and self-propelled artillery, communications and electronic equipment, guided missile systems, and small arms. Implement maintenance plans and monitor progress of accomplishments. The primary purpose of this position is: to serve as an Air Reserve Technician (ART) work leader and aircraft Dedicated Crew Chief over a crew of three or more workers/mechanics. In this capacity, the work leader/crew chief coordinates and oversees all maintenance/scheduled inspections performed on his/her assigned aircraft.

DUTIES:
Duty 1 - Serves as a Work Leader/Dedicated Crew Chief of assigned aircraft, responsible for effectively coordinating and/or overseeing maintenance, troubleshooting, positioning, appearance and servicing of the aircraft. Responsible for the total airworthiness of the assigned aircraft.
Duty 2 - Performs and/or oversees aircraft inspections including preflight, post flight, phase, acceptance, and other scheduled and unscheduled inspections.
Duty 3 - Provides technical supervision on production matters to all employees assigned to the crew/team, which may include active duty, ARTs, civilians, and others.
Duty 4 - Enforces and complies with safety practices and procedures following established safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean work area.

As a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (TITLE 32), GS-0346-9, you will develop, implement and evaluate the logistics and property accountability policies for the organization. You are the primary advisor for the command in the area of logistics and property book operations. Oversee and review unit level feeder reports. Analyze and/or prepare the logistics and equipment readiness areas of the organizational readiness report. Review, analyze, and provide recommendations relative to current and future MTOE/TDA and/or force structure changes to determine the impact on organizational equipment authorizations. Keep abreast and ensure the implementation of new policy statements, regulations and directives issued by higher headquarters concerning logistics and property accountability activities. Provide guidance and assistance to ensure command programs have been implemented and evaluate their effectiveness in subordinate elements. Plan for the establishment and operation of the Administrative and Logistics Operations Center (ALOC). Develop and implement tactical standard operating procedures for logistics. Plan, develop, and maintain actions/procedures for the immediate and subordinate organizations in preparation for the transfer of all or part of accountable property for deployment to include pre-mobilization and post-mobilization.

-Conducts intelligence analysis m support of SOF m the field. Evaluates and analyzes intelligence data. Creates and reviews finished intelligence products, presentations and reports for use by special operat10ns teams, planners, intelligence specialists and national-level decision makers.

Ensure availability of facilities and training aids. Monitor the training status of personnel and ensure that supplemental and/or remedial training is accomplished. Incumbent is responsible for mobilization readiness of section personnel and equipment. Responsible for unit wide operator training programs for selected equipment (e.g. generator operator training). May be responsible for unit wide training in environmental issues including Hazardous Communication (HAZCOM), Hazardous Material (HAZMAT) and other environmental related areas. May act as the unit environmental manager.

WORKING CONDITIONS: Work inside and outside, in inclement weather, on icy, wet and slippery surfaces and work areas, and in temperature and humidity extremes.
