Location: The role will be based at Martin’s CE Primary School, St Martin’s Road, Fitton Hill, Oldham OL8 2PY
Salary : £27,711 - £30,060 (full time full year equivalent)
Actual Salary: £21,011 - £22,792 per annum (Grade 4)
Working Pattern: Full time, Term Time
Working Hours: 32.5 per week term time + 5 days
Contract: 12 months fixed term initially
Closing Date: Friday 22nd November 2024 @ 9am.

You will need:
- Recent relevant experience of classroom support at primary level
- A good understanding of interventions to support children working below age expectations including phonics interventions
- A good understanding of children who have social and emotional issues
- A positive, calm and supportive nature
- A desire to work with pupils with additional needs
- To be prepared to support personal care.
- To have knowledge and understanding of how children develop communication, interaction and language skills.
- The ability to be flexible and self-motivated
- To be able to work well as part of a team
- To be able to foster good relationships with parents
