Co-ordinate the production of VAT returns as required and provide the Trusts specialist advice on VAT related issues. Maintain and develop internal financial controls, systems and procedures, including the evaluation and implementation of recommendations contained in internal and external audit reports. Ensure the proper management of the Trusts register of property, plant and equipment and ensure that supporting accounting entries are reflected in the financial accounts, returns and records of the Trust. We are looking to appoint an Inclusion Manager (known within the school as the Reflections Manager) to lead our reflections and mentoring base which is a short-term provision for students who have demonstrated challenging behaviour in our school. This is essential cog in the machine, enabling all students to access education and overcome challenges that are impeding their success.

You're somebody who has:

• Experience and knowledge of working with young people with challenging behaviour is essential.
• Ability to recognise and respond assertively and compassionately to the needs of pupils.
• Skills to use detailed knowledge of students as individuals to support pupils' learning and provide emotional support for pupils with problematic personal lives.
• Be creative, innovative, and flexible approach to raising expectations and achievement.

Key elements of the role include:

• Establishing productive working relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and setting high expectations.
• Ability to manage time effectively, organise & prioritise workloads and work proactively to ensure objectives are fulfilled.
• Deliver packages of support to students who are at risk of exclusion or are experiencing significant issues that are damaging their academic progression.

We are looking for a Cleaning Account Manager to join our Northern division working across our national accounts which include large retail parks and education contracts.

We are looking for a people focused Manager, when motivating teams across multiple sites to ensure the specified cleaning standards are met and maintained to a high level. As Cleaning Account Manager you will report regularly to clients and will be confident using Powerpoint and Excel. No two days will be the same. When you’re dealing with people there’s never a dull moment, and you’ll use your strong interpersonal skills to support and develop your team.

As a Cleaning Account Manager you’ll be:

• Maintaining strong client relationships with high levels of satisfaction
• Providing and maintaining the quality of service delivery
• Carrying out ad-hoc and regular activities such as projects, reports, audits as required by and to support the Operations Manager.
• Hold regular contract and specification review meetings with clients
• Be responsible for ensuring Health & Safety procedures and legislation is adhered to
• Looking for opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings and account growth.

As a Cleaning Account Manager you’ll have:

• Excellent communication and people management skills
