Meet & Greet Senior Officer, Customer Service Team
Location: Belfast, BT8 6FY
Hourly rate: £14.50 P/H
Contract: Temporary, 6 month assignment, Monday - Friday between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00
Fully Office Based
The position requires a corporate uniform to be worn by all.
You must hold a valid passport and must have lived in the UK for longer than 5 years. You can apply for the role with your CV. This role requires a security clearance that we will process for you, if successful.
Brook Street in partnership with the Home Office has a fantastic opportunity to join their existing team of Meet & Greet Officers. You will be providing appropriate support, meeting and interacting with customers, arrange meeting rooms, taking customers to interviews, scanning documents and liaising with other units. The role will have an element of administrative support when required.

Skills needed:
- Ability to deliver high quality outputs in line with Operational Targets
- Demonstrate communication skills and possess a sound knowledge of equality and an appreciation of cultural differences
- Have proficient use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) with the ability to build and maintain spreadsheets to collate information
- Ability to manage mailboxes and respond to email queries
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced changing environment while providing quality output and adhering to performance targets
- Be able to complete tasks in both a confidential and sensitive manner
- Managing escalations and oversee team issues where required.

Confidence and resilience to support customers that display behaviours linked to experiences of trauma. A readiness to lead the support and safeguarding of these individuals' taking responsibility of the situation and team.

Experience in leading a team.

Willingness to be trained in Personal Safety to level 2, a medical declaration is required to register on the course.

Willingness to undertake a DBS check.
