We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Digital Consultant to join our team!
You will work under the guidance of a senior team member, fulfilling various tasks ranging from learning the codebase, attending design meetings, write basic code, fix bugs and documenting the information to feed into the knowledge process.
This is a home based role. What you'll be doing :
• Designing and developing digital solutions as part of a incubate function to produce a full end to end production solution and deliver into BAU functions.
• Primary focus on Quadient products such and Interactive, Scaler, PDF on demand, to create a suite of digital focused products and services.
• This function will be hands on initially leveraging your own capability, other internal resources, and suppliers' professional services to create MVP and drive this capability to create a mature marketable solution.
• Learning the codebase and improving coding skills, writing codes and debugging
• Performing Unit tests, documenting the tasks as required amends and refactors simple programs/scripts.
• Applying agreed standards and tools to achieve a well-engineered result.
What we're looking for :
• Good programming skills in at least one computer language
• Enthusiastic with a can do attitude
• Good communicator and listener
• Able to work as part of a team and alone
• Attention to detail
• Logical thinking skills
• Apply high level of accuracy to all work
• Previous experience with Quadient Inspire products a benefit but not required
