The Research Office oversees research at the University, with a commitment to research excellence and positive societal impact. The office devises and implements research strategy whilst addressing Singapore’s national priorities. We also develop research-related policies and coordinate research-related operations at the university level. • Enable oversight of Research Office on university-level research centres, establishing a coordinated and integrated process among the various departments such as Human Resource, Finance and IT in harmonizing the list of research institutes between regulation and systems.

• Work closely with Finance to review budget submissions.
• Part of the working committee to review new space requests, renewals, and keep an oversight of newly big-funded projects requiring space.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:

• A minimum of a Master’s degree, preferably Ph.D. degree with R&D background in a field relevant to organization’s focus area.
• Additional certifications in Leadership, Project Management, or related areas could be advantageous.
• At least 5-10 years of experience in a leadership or management role within a research, academic, or similar setting, demonstrating a track record of strategic planning and successful project delivery.
• Proven experience in influencing and collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders and research teams.

Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects on NUS campuses (planning, design development, procurement, contracts administration, site supervision, liaison with various stakeholders, testing and commissioning, management of project account and defect liability issues.)

Qualifications

What you will be doing

1. Responsible for the company's advertisers on Facebook, Google, Tiktok and other overseas media to meet the needs of overseas advertising.

3. Responsible for the development of agency investment and agency operation customers. Provide a complete implementation plan to empower all overseas companies. Community Development Strategy & Leadership:

• Lead the development and execution of the organization’s community development strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational mission and values.
• Oversee the design and implementation of programs that foster community engagement, capacity building, and sustainable development.
• Identify and build partnerships with local governments, non-profits, businesses, and other stakeholders to strengthen community development efforts.

Research & Evaluation:

• Oversee research initiatives to assess the effectiveness and impact of community-led programs and initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting:

Requirements:
