Requirements for the Property Awards Sales Executive:

• A background in sales is preferable, however we also acknowledge and embrace candidates with an eagerness to learn and a desire to succeed.
• Target driven and self-motivated.
• Excellent Communication Skills are a must - Good telephone manner and strong spoken and written English skills.
• Due to the international nature of the business, flexibility is required with working hours to accommodate different time zones.
• Additional languages are useful but not essential.

Class 1 ADR (Packages) Driver:

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Location: – Kuehne + Nagel, East Midlands Gateway

Working Hours: 6am starts, Mon-Fri with up to 4 nights out each week, but usually 1 or 2.

Salary:

£760 per week for 48 hours

Overtime at £20.60 p/h after 48 hours per week Monday to Friday

Overtime at £23.78 p/h Saturday or Sunday

£30 per night out

The Role – Class 1 ADR (Packages) Driver:

• This Class 1 HGV Driver role involves working directly for our customers, on contract.
• Our client will be your point of contact for all operational work; however we will be your point of contact should you have any issues with the truck or with what the customer is asking of you!
• We give training where necessary to familiarise you with the role and bed you into the job.
• These HGV roles are independent and are ideal for driver’s that like to think for themselves.
• ADR deliveries will be a part of this job, so applicants who already hold their ADR license will be prioritised.
• The customers try and route you to the same areas as much as possible, so that you get to know the customers and the quickest transport routes.

This class 1 HGV roles involves doing multiple deliveries or collections per day to commercial premises across England and other parts of the UK. Communicating any delays to the customer, parking in sensible places around the country and being safety conscious with your strapping down of the unaccompanied trailers and all checks is essential.

Essential skills and qualifications – Class 1 ADR (Packages) Driver:

• Must be keen, efficient and have sound safe working practices.
• A valid C+E license.
• A valid Digital tacho.
• Up to date CPC Card.
• At least one years’ experience on class 1 work. (Desirable)

• Manage policy renewals, including reviewing current policies, negotiating terms with insurers, and communicating changes or updates to policyholders.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and other third parties to confirm coverage, authorise services, and facilitate direct billing arrangements.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on claims statistics, policy renewals, and insurance costs to management for review and decision-making.

The Role – Liability Adjuster:

We now have an excellent opportunity for a Liability Adjuster covering the Portsmouth/Southampton area. Based remotely, your role will involve investigating in the field and reporting on a mixed portfolio of Employers Liability, Public Liability (both injury and property) and Motor injury.

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Location: Widnes

Working Hours: Average of 55-60 hours per week,Monday-Friday, this role involves nights out, sometimes 4 nights out and other times 1-3 nights out, however you get guaranteed 4 nights out per week.

Salary: £53,820 P.A based on 10 hours overtime a week

The Role – Property Adjuster:

We now have an excellent opportunity for domestic loss adjusters across the UK. Your role will involve handling a portfolio of domestic losses, from visiting the customer to finalisation of the claim, and with appropriate experience under your belt you will progress to handling claims of values up to £100k.
