We have a part time Customer Advisor opportunity to join our Pavers team at Doncaster Frenchgate on an 8 hours per week contract which will be split over 2 shifts per week. This position will be mainly working weekends, weekday availability would be beneficial but not essential.

As a Project Manager within our Project Management Office (PMO), you will be at the forefront of driving the successful delivery of projects that are critical to our organisation’s growth and operational efficiency. About you

We have an exciting position for a Middleweight Graphic Designer to join our results focused, friendly, Marketing Team in our Head Office Team at Northminster Business Park, York.

To produce a variety of Graphic Design work to support Retail, Catalogue, Website, Paid Marketing, Packaging, In-house photography retouching and some video editing and resizing.

In-house design to support all Marketing channels and teams within the business.

Create artwork for our website banners on the homepage and other areas of the website
Adobe Photoshop image editing with also use of AI
Help to produce artwork for store POS campaigns
Produce new packaging for products, bags, Accessories
Video editing and resizing for Connect TV and paid channels
Design store opening packs – Signage Plan, visual mock ups
Support our head office departments with design requirements for internal comms
Design new logo ideas where required for new brands or USP’s


About you


Degree in Marketing or previous experience within a similar role is essential
Create artwork for our website banners and emails and paid channels
Technical skills in the Adobe software In-Design & Photoshop
Produce new packaging for products, bags, Accessories
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently
Adaptable and flexible, able to work to tight deadlines

As a System Architect at Pavers, you will be responsible for the architecture, design and planning of systems to meet our business goals. You will be influencing, designing, or selecting all aspects of the technology we need to deliver the business systems that meet the business needs and are secure, stable and performant. The System Architect role is central to defining of, and adherence to, Pavers technology strategy and standards. Pavers, our family-owned-and-run footwear retail business, is expanding rapidly and we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Executive Assistant to support our Group Managing Director at our Head Office in York.

Jason, our Group MD, is in his late-30s and very ambitious. He is looking for a discrete, diligent, and thoughtful Executive Assistant who he can build a strong, intuitive partnership with and who will support him, and the business, for many years to come.

To succeed in the role you must be a warm, outgoing individual with high EQ who naturally builds close relationships with others. You will need to be highly organised and skilled at taking actions in fast-paced meetings and be comfortable ensuring pre-work is completed and subsequent actions are progressed. Experience using automated tools to facilitate this would be a plus. You will ideally be interested in researching and booking personal and professional events and travel in a wide variety of cities (particularly York and London). There is a good chance you like lists and are excellent at prioritising! Clearly there will be a requirement to provide administrative support, manage diaries and appointments, and occasionally organise business events too.

This is a full-time opportunity (part time over 5 days considered), which, due to the nature of the role, may occasionally require out of hours work and/or working pattern flexibility to meet the requirements of the business. Work-from-home is offered 1 day per week.

You will need to be self-starter who is pro-active in ensuring projects continue to move forward and problems are solved in Jason’s absence. Support and arrange quarterly strategic off-site meetings

Packing individual shop picks into default cartons for despatch
Counting number of cartons for despatch
Unloading Goods in deliveries and shelving in appropriate Warehouse locations

Loading outgoing shipments onto transport & Off-loading inbound transport

About You:


Previous experience of working in a warehouse or picking and packing is desirable

Marketing Executive

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a CRM Marketing Executive to support both Email campaigns and Catalogue selections, while developing AI solutions within the Marketing Department in our Head Office at Northminster Business Park, York.

This Marketing role has a strong technical element and will support two channels of Marketing: online (mainly email) and offline(mainly catalogue).

You will be building and sending marketing emails in Dot Digital, alongside the Email Marketing Exec, and selecting customers for catalogues using SPSS initially alongside Head of CRM.

About you


Previous experience in a digitally focused Marketing department or supporting marketing on technical side is essential for this role
Degree in Marketing or CIM qualification
Good working knowledge of Email Service Provider software, ideally Dot Digital
Experience of using and analysing datasets (in Marketing )
Working knowledge of applied AI
Commercial understanding and ideally Experience of cross channel marketing, CRM and personalised customer journeys
Basic understanding of coding
Can analytically and systematically solve technical challenges
Excellent time management and highly organised
A helpful, friendly team player

Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience
