Didsbury High School is a new secondary free school for 11-18 students in South Manchester. The school is run by the Laurus Trust and replicates the outstanding education already provided by the Trust’s founder school, Cheadle Hulme High School (CHHS), based in Stockport. Didsbury High School is the most oversubscribed first preference school in Manchester, we are a non-selective, non-denominational school, which opened in September 2019. Join our talented and dedicated team as a Teacher of Mathematics - With a passion for teaching, combined with a flair for all things numerical could you inspire our students and help them achieve the best possible outcome.

For the right candidate, the role carries with it a Teaching and Learning Responsibility working with the Head of Mathematics to further develop the pedagogy and curriculum for KS3 to secure curriculum progress.

About Star Salford Academy

Star Salford Academy is a 5-form entry mixed secondary school for 11 to 16 year olds, which opened in September 2023. Like all Star schools, Star Salford Academy has a leadership specialism.

We provide a knowledge-based academic curriculum alongside a rich and diverse leadership programme that grows character and inspires charitable and social action.
