Lead Probate Sales Manager
£80,000-£90,000 (Work Level 4) plus excellent benefits including company car or allowance (£6,000 per annum), private healthcare and up to 10% pension contribution Manchester, Bristol, Sheffield, or Stratford-Upon-Avon - hybrid working with travel across the UK
We're looking for a lead probate sales manager to join our probate team at Co-op Legal Services.

In this newly created role, you'll build and maintain strong working relationships with our partners whilst developing and implementing sales strategies to promote our services via multi-disciplinary teams. We'll also look to you to enhance our customer experience, working closely with our probate sales and advisory teams to make sure we deliver quality service to our partners and customers. What you'll do
* lead, mentor and inspire our advisory and consultancy teams in an inclusive way, driving a performance culture to meet targets
* build effective and influential relationships with our partners, identifying new opportunities and embedding practices
* develop sales strategies for the promotion of our services through our partners

* lead on projects to track and improve customer experience, working closely with our partners and making sure we're in compliance with regulatory obligations
* work closely with leaders in our operational, legal, risk and compliance teams
* own and manage complaint handling and resolution
* support the partnerships team in developing the relationships with new partners and providing product specific advice
* report directly to our head of sales and become a crucial part of our leadership team
* deputise for our head of sales when required
This role would suit people who have
* successful experience of leading a consultative sales team
* experience of succeeding in a legal, financial, or other regulated sales environment
* experience of developing and delivering consultative sales strategy
* experience of managing partner relationships and delivering business growth
* a passion for delivering and improving customer service through the team
* the ability to train and mentor senior colleagues and business customers
* the ability to build positive relationships with senior leaders, up to exec level
