Job Description:
• Develop trade and marketing strategies to achieve company business objectives by keeping updated with latest trends, market dynamics and competitor activities.
• Work with and partner the sales team in developing sales and marketing strategies, ensuring department goals are met and sales targets achieved.
• Work closely with S&OP team on demand planning and forecast.
• New product development planning and launches.
• To achieve top-line sales and bottom-line profitability of brands.
• To lead market penetration for new launches and skilled in multi-channel marketing.
• Conduct scheduled business reviews with senior management and principals, aligning and achieving both principals and company’s objectives.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand network of potential strategic partners.
Requirement:
• Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or related discipline.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experienced in event planning and PR activities.
• Experienced in developing and presenting omni-channel marketing plans.
• Understanding of local and regional consumer insights.
• Experienced in marketing within FMCG or Pharmaceutical industry.
