Job Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Directly contribute to the success of Marketing team by ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables from creative, events and media agency partners for the business.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to come up with the pricing, collaterals, marketing promotion, and communications to drive sales and increase market share.
• Ideate, develop and execute timely retail campaigns answering to the needs of the business.
• Constantly source for new media points to better reach our target audience.
• Plan the marketing calendar and work with agencies on creative assets.
• Ensure brand messaging and image is in line with brand CI.

Job Requirements

• Degree qualified in Marketing, Business or Finance
• Minimum 3 years working experience in Marketing/Product Development with Business Analysis & Planning, preferably in Automotive industry.
• Advanced Microsoft Power point & Microsoft Excel skills
• Possess strategic thinking ability, great negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Strong communication (written & oral), presentation, interpersonal, organizational and project management skills
• Independent, resourceful, and able to work as a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Work well under pressure and tight deadlines
• Effective self-starter who excels in a lean and fast-paced organisation
• Candidates with experience in brand marketing will be favourably considered

Job Responsibilities

· Handling of parts purchase enquiries from external customers

· Provide parts quotation to wholesales customers

· Price analysis and negotiation

· Market intelligence gathering

· Relationship management of key customer accounts

· Processing of parts purchase orders from wholesales customers

· Monitor shipment arrival status of customers’ orders, invoicing and scheduling of goods collection/shipment

· Monitoring of payment receivable from customers

Job Responsibilities

• You will be reporting directly to Senior Manager of Toyota Sales, responsible for the initial and strategy planning of the automotive retail sales.
• Execute business objectives and operational plans and strategies to achieve business targets in accordance with both Company’s, as well as our OEM partner’s strategic objectives.
• Coach, develop and upscale the sales team.
• Participate in pricing and promotion planning to ensure achievement of the annual operation plan, both top-line and bottom-line targets. Achieving operational success against other strategic KPIs is required, such as Financing and Insurance penetration rate and Trade-in rate.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, compliments and complaints. Come up with innovative ways to mitigate problems and improve customer’s experience.
• Oversee the showroom operations, ensure that sales showroom, processes, operations are maintained at optimal and compliant level.
• You will also be assigned functional related ad hoc projects and duties from time to time, and you will collaborate with inter-depts to ensure targets / objectives are met.

Job requirements

• Degree qualification in any discipline is preferred.
• Proven track record of leadership and managerial skills while providing exceptional customer service is required.
• Minimum 3 years of Sales & People Management role
• Experience in retail industry will be highly considered.
• Possess leadership skills to lead, motivate and manage the sales team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail. Positive approach towards problem solving.

• Manage the end-to-end employee journey, from onboarding, probation review, performance review and offboarding.
• Guide business on workforce planning, participate on the annual people cost forecast, develop a sustainable plan to fulfil business objectives in short to long term.
• Guide managers in usage of performance review, salary review, bonus and promotion, ensure to be in line with the group’s methodologies.
• Review & enhance existing process & template such as people cost forecast, induction program, company policies.
• Partner with COE functions (e.g. Rewards, Shared Services…) to drive people related programs such as wellness enhancement and people system implementation.
• Work with manager to identify and develop a high performing team, set development plan such as coaching, mentoring, and training to retain the key talents.
• Partner with business stakeholders on all people matters, act as internal HR advisor to provide pragmatic HR solutions.
• Work with the leadership team to plan and implement employee engagement activities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Someone with at least 10 years of HR, preferably come with experience handling corporate functions (e.g. Finance, Marketing, IT…).
• Someone who is a seasoned HRBP and strong on numerical skills. Experience on end-to-end employee life cycle management is highly preferred.
• Someone who has prior experience or knowledge of Singapore Labour laws and IR practices.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
