CarMax is seeking a Director of Logistics Safety and Compliance to join the Logistics Team located at the Home Office in Richmond Virginia. As a safety-minded professional, the Director of Logistics Safety and Compliance is responsible for leading a broad range of programs and initiatives including safety, compliance, and training to ensure the prevention of injury and illness as well as continuous improvement and development of the Logistics Safety Program.

This role is designed to build, develop and implement safety and compliance programs to instill an unmatched safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance.  This person is also accountable for influencing and persuading across various levels of the organization, including partners in Legal, Environment, Health and Safety and Executive Leadership.  This role will lead a team accountable for content and subject-matter expertise for best-in-class training programs.

Vision, Strategic Leadership and Collaboration

• Develops and implements strategic initiatives for the Central Support of Fleet Safety and Compliance. 

• Responsible for ensuring the broader CarMax organization, our nationwide fleet of 1300+ drivers and 600+ trucks, and our fleet partners are in regulatory compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and all regulatory agencies.

• Develop and reinforce a safety culture that prevents accidents, incidents and injuries. 

• Provide oversight and strategic direction of a team responsible for developing safety and compliance-related training program content for all Logistics roles.  

• In partnership with Procurement, select and manage vendor partners to develop and execute a best in class safety, compliance and training program.

• Manages multiple initiatives impacting the Logistics organization ranging from medium to enterprise wide in scope.

Team Development

• Leverage existing and emerging technologies that will streamline processes and increase efficiency for the Logistics organization, thereby allowing associates to engage in more critical thinking activities and decision support

• Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality.

• Mentor and develop associates using a supporting and collaborative approach assigning accountabilities, setting objectives, establishing priorities and monitoring and evaluating results. 

• Engage with leadership and team members to develop opportunities for mentoring, cross-training, and development of team members with an eye toward building bench for succession within Logistics and the broader business.

What you will do: Essential Responsibilities

Safety Program Development:

• Oversee the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive fleet safety programs to minimize accidents and injuries.

• Establish safety policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulations.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Stay abreast of and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing fleet operations.

• Monitor changes in regulations and update policies and procedures accordingly.

• Work closely with legal and regulatory affairs teams to address compliance issues.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks within the fleet operations and implement strategies to mitigate them.

• Ensure the team is appropriately investigating accidents and incidents, conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions. Provide guidance and direction for critical or escalated cases as needed. 

• Manage relationships with insurance providers and participate in claims management.

Safety Performance Metrics:

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fleet safety.

• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in safety performance.

• Implement strategies to continuously improve safety metrics.

Driver Training and Certification:

• Oversee driver training content to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.

• Implement certification programs for drivers, ensuring they meet necessary qualifications and standards.

Technology Integration:

• Evaluate and capture requirements for technology solutions that enhance fleet safety and compliance.

• Utilize telematics and other tools such as Electronic Data Logs, Driver App, In-Cab and Side-View cameras to monitor driver behavior and vehicle performance.

Audit and Inspection Management:

• Oversee a team of Field Auditors and ensure regular audits and inspections of fleet operations are conducted to ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to address findings and implement corrective actions.

Budget Management:

• Develop and manage the budget for the fleet safety and compliance department.

• Optimize resource allocation to achieve safety and compliance goals efficiently.

• Master’s degree in an equivalent field preferred.  Bachelor’s degree required. 

• 7+ years Fleet Safety and Compliance experience

• In depth knowledge of FMCSA and DOT 49 CFR and state regulations governing drivers and fleet requirements.

• Ability to understand latest industry trends and their potential impact for CarMax.

• Team management experience, strongly preferred.

What You Will Do:

The Tester will support a high-paced client environment and a team of experienced application developers. The development team supports a large integrated platform, which deploys through a DevSecOps pipeline.  Tester will support the agile team within a prescribed Agile/SDLC and deployment process, which requires testing and supporting documentation to be completed at consistent milestones during each delivery sprint. Communication is paramount to keep to the sprint milestones to ensure a successful delivery and production deployment each sprint. The Tester must be able to work with developers, analysts, and DevOps engineers to support the team fully. The Tester will contribute to creating all test plans.  Ensuring adherence to testing standards by working with the team to improve minimizing defects. Adherence to deadlines and communicating status and progress.

• Is familiar with approaches and methodologies related to customer and user experience for digital solutions.

What Inventory Control Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal Health

Inventory Management is accountable for the design and execution of demand planning and customer forecasting systems, supply planning, product deployment and expediting processes, and the development and implementation of a stocking optimization model to minimize costs and inventory while delivering on service requirements.

Responsibilities: 

• Directs and manages a team of inventory control warehouse associates to account for timely distribution and receipt of products and motivate employees to ensure that predetermined productivity and quality standards are achieved. 

• Oversees all inventory control operations which includes; managing the flow of goods, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring efficient and accurate warehouse operations.

• Oversees the completion of SOX Reporting requirements, participates in QA events, reporting and resolution of Inbound and Outbound discrepancy, processing of customer returns, error resolution, cycle count compliance, profiling assistance and service issues.

• Implements best practices and maintains accurate inventory records.

• Adheres to budgetary guidelines and works to meet Distribution Center objectives and operational goals while maintaining standards pertaining to quality and inventory. 

• Drives and participates in continuous improvement projects and initiatives.

About the Role

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develops, negotiates and secures Management sign-off of   Service Agreements with Partners including the service scope, expected output, costs and service levels. 
• Amends the Service Agreements as may be necessary due to changing business requirements.
• Ensures that services covered by the Service Agreements are measured and reported to BPI AIA in a timely and regular manner following the agreed formats and supported by transaction details.
• Tracks reports on Service Errors/ Failures received from Partners, Customers and BSEs and ensures that these are closed and resolved with the proper corrective/ preventive action steps.
• Analyzes  reports on actual  Service Level performance and Service Errors/ Failures,   raises gaps and issues to SSM Head and BPI AIA Management,  determines adequacy of measures taken  by Partners and recommends proper course of action to SSM Head and BPI AIA Management.
• Conducts Weekly or Bi Monthly Coordination Meeting with Process Owners/Vendors to discuss reported issues, status and action steps to avoid possible recurrence of the same problem.
• Liaises with partner’s Account Manager or person in charge to ensure timely and successful delivery of all solutions related to service related issues with the objective of meeting customers’ need and providing support to sales force.
• Initiates projects to help improve the service delivery to customers and sales force from development of financial assumptions and business case, project defense, secures approval from all concerned units, project set-up, implementation and attainment of target results.
• Develops capacity planning together with the Shared Services Data Analytics Officer using projected sales volume to ensure that required headcount is in place to deliver the required service and meet the target service level.
• Conducts quarterly review with service providers to assess the quality of the services being rendered and identify areas for improvement and opportunities for improving controls.

Minimum Job Requirements:

The BMO Fair and Responsible Banking team is seeking a senior compliance officer familiar with Responsible Banking regulations (UDAP/UDAAP and pertinent state laws) to join its existing second line of defense team. The successful candidate will work closely with compliance advisory and business partners to ensure consumer protection requirements are met within BMO's risk appetite. Assists in the implementation, maintenance and administration of a specific compliance program. What You Will Do:

Guidehouse is seeking experienced personnel to support oversight of the quality of service delivery for projects in which Guidehouse conducts financial crime and regulatory compliance related reviews and investigations on behalf of our clients. The Financial Crimes Quality Assurance position will assist with the design of quality assurance programs for client projects, execute quality assurance reviews, and track and report on results.  

The responsibilities of the Financial Crimes Quality Assurance will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting quality assurance reviews of alerts/cases and/or files in regard to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering, Office of Foreign Asset Controls (OFAC), Know Your Customer (KYC), including Identification Verification (ID&V), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), Ongoing Monitoring and other financial crime investigations to mitigate risks associated with financial crimes. 
• Performing quality assurance (QA) review of Analysts’ work product in accordance with client QA expectations.
• Along with Team Leads, accurately and thoroughly assess Analysts’ work product quality and leverage practices consistent with industry standards.
• Provide coaching and constructive feedback to Analysts to ensure quality decisions and reviews are being completed in line with client policies and procedures.
• Identify risk and recommend risk-based approaches for QA sampling.
• Apply analytic techniques to complex information sets to make logical and effectively supported recommendations regarding Analysts’ work. Distinguish and categorize severity of findings.
• Analyze QA results on individual and team level to identify trending and patterns within QA results. Recommend remedial action to Team Leads and Managers where appropriate.
• Provide coaching and mentoring consistent with industry standards to ensure success in the following daily efforts of Analysts.
• Perform reviews and investigations of alerts/cases and/or files as business needs arise.
• When applicable, escalate and/or draft and file potentially suspicious activity reports in accordance with regulatory requirements and client SLAs.
• Follow all required processes in relation to reviews, investigations and escalations.
• Develop QA testing to ensure all client required processes are followed, guidance is followed, and end decisioning is sound and well-documented.
• Escalate proper feedback on Analysts work product to their performance manager to ensure accountability.
• Execute and deliver high quality engagement tasks both independently and in a collaborative setting with a focus on client satisfaction.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university plus 0-6 years of experience (level dependent) OR 4-8 years of professional experience in lieu of degree (level dependent)
• Experience reviewing and dispositioning manual and system generated alerts/cases/files to mitigate risk associated with financial crimes.
• Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines (e.g., BSA, OFAC, FinCEN guidance).

What You Will Do:

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced compliance supervisor to serve as a Team Lead overseeing a team Senior Analysts and Analysts executing BSA/AML/Sanctions and regulatory compliance functions on behalf of our clients. The Financial Crimes Compliance Supervisor will be responsible for driving team performance and quality.

The Senior Quality Engineer is an essential role in the software development life cycle and ensures only properly tested software is released to production.  A flawless customer experience is our top priority and this role plays a major part in that company goal.  By designing and executing properly prepared test cases (both manual and automated) and working closely together with the entire agile team, this goal is achievable.  This position focuses on both the agile team as well as the QE organization.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related Technology field or equivalent experience and 5+ years of work experience or
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related Technology field or equivalent experience and 3+ years of work experience
• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance
• Strong understanding of Web services, databases
• Strong background in test automation with front end and back end automation tools
• Strong oral/written communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for driving strategic initiatives through large and diverse organizations
• Ability to work within multiple work streams at one time
• Preferred Experience:
  • NodeJS
  • Selenium / WebDriverIO
  • API/Integration test automation
• Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Decision Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience is required

SUMMARY

IPKeys Technologies, a Chickasaw Nation Industries Company, has an opportunity for a Cybersecurity IA Reviewer - Information Assurance to support a program located at DISA Fort Meade, MD. An Information Assurance review specifically evaluates the security/cyber readiness of the various DoD activities, as it relates to Cybersecurity/Information Systems/, operational readiness, mission impact, and the ability of the various responsible organizations to properly protect DoD information resources and assets from attack and/or compromise.

Cybersecurity IA Reviewer applies expertise of Security best practices as it applies to complex computer enterprises. Functions as a technical expert on multiple project assignments, equipment baselines, operating systems, and communication protocols. Has practical analytic skills to evaluate security posture with automated security tool and recommends mitigation and optimizes security posture of IT components.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Cybersecurity review process consists of several components: Security Test & Evaluations (ST&E), Enclave, System, and Application certification recommendations (new and reaccreditation).

The Cybersecurity/IA Reviewers shall follow policies and process guidelines for each review type as appropriate.

The Cybersecurity/IA Reviewers shall support multiple facets of the review process to ensure that technical expertise in the development, execution, and maintenance of documentation requirements, project management schedules, logistics, coordination, cross-training, metrics development, and analysis.

Responsible for the integration of CNI Core Competencies into daily functions, including: commitment to integrity, knowledge / quality of work, supporting financial goals of the company, initiative / motivation, cooperation / relationships, problem analysis / discretion, accomplishing goals through organization, positive oral / written communication skills, leadership abilities, commitment to Affirmative Action, reliability / dependability, flexibility and ownership / accountability of actions taken.

Defines and documents business and technical requirements for Identity and Access Management systems, including requirements for establishing role, entitlements and access definitions, defining the provisioning lifecycle processes, user account lifecycle processes, reconciliation, certification, provisioning, and de-provisioning processes.

Conducts business process analysis and customer interviews to derive Role-based access control (RBAC) structure for IAM-integrated applications.

Clearly articulates technical IAM components such as Target Systems, Connectors, Access Policies, Scheduled Jobs, Event triggers etc. to SailPoint Application Administrator for application customization.

Develops test plans and executes test scripts based on business and functional requirements.

Supervises and directs the work of an application administrator.

Works on day-to-day implementation and management of assigned delivery order projects, either independently or with assigned teams of programmers, trainers, and other information system and management professionals.

Expected to identify, organize, direct, coordinate, and report the status of planning and production of all activities associated with assigned delivery order projects.

Initiates, implements, and/or oversees routine or as needed administrative and managerial project-related activities, including creating analysis and feedback tools, schedules, work plans, management reporting tools, testing plans, meeting planning and materials, training plans, web site content, and other related tasks.

Plans, conducts and directs the analysis of IT problems, and provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and recommending IT systems solutions to specific situations to improve the efficiency of internal administrative operations, organizations, or management.

Develops and maintains project plans and reporting requirements in accordance with customer direction for all assigned tasks.

Analyzes, evaluates, and/or makes recommendations for improvement in the efficiency of internal processes, administrative operations, organizations, or management.

May perform work that supports a wide range of IT management activities including strategic planning, capital planning and investment control, workforce planning, policy and standards development, resource management, knowledge management, architecture and infrastructure planning and management, and auditing.

Assists in the development of directives and the design, development, documentation, and implementation of various reporting systems.

Plans daily activities within the guidelines of company policy, job description and supervisor’s instruction in such a way as to maximize personal output.

Knowledge and Experience - with functional area expertise in National and DoD IT policy.

CERTIFICATES / LICENSES / REGISTRATION

• Must have one of the following DoD 8570 certifications / IAT III : CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, GCED, GCIH
• Minimum DoD Secret Clearance Required

What You Will Do:

The analyst will work with the client's FISMA, Governance, and Audit team to lead and support the Information Security audit and assessment activities within the agency. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure a smooth effective execution of Information Security audit processes and engagements.
