Are you an organised and professional individual looking for a new role? We have a brand new opportunity to join our team in Bristol as an Compliance Coordinator. This is a truly rewarding role where you can make a difference to people's lives whilst thriving in a supportive team!
We're looking for an organised individual with excellent customer service skills and a good attention to detail, as in this role you will be responsible for getting our healthcare workers fully compliant and ensuring they receive a world-class customer service along the way. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining our database of clinical staff across Thornbury Community Services (TCS) and Pulse Nursing at Home (PNAH), arranging training dates, chasing and receiving right to works and all other documentation.
Part of Acacium Group, TCS and PNAH provide bespoke, complex care in the community. We have an outstanding, high quality reputation of being able to stabilise highly complex packages of care quickly and with the ability to minimise risk, whilst keeping the client and their families at the centre of what we do. Everyday you will…
Proactively manage the compliancy of all staff members registered on the TCS and PNAH database, chase right to works, DBS and receive all other relevant documentation
Provide exceptional service to our healthcare workers, keeping in regular contact regarding their compliance status
Work with external venues to coordinate training requests and book in training dates
Work closely with internal teams to provide a well-connected service for our staff members and clients
