JOB SUMMARY

• As a Digital Media Marketing, Associate Director, this role is responsible for planning digital marketing campaigns including web, SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising for the Corporate & Investment Bank. The individual will lead the development, implementation, tracking and optimising our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You should have a strong grasp of how digital can support global business strategy and make recommendations based on an understanding of the business and market dynamics, driven by insights and campaign performance. This role will need to align and collaborate with global, product and geographic plans across our network order to drive the most effective outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Business

• Working closely with business leads and marketing colleagues to ensure digital marketing is supporting commercial opportunities and effectively position the Bank, our products and capabilities to the clients we serve, and the clients we aspire to bank.
• Develop digital marketing plans that put client data, analytics and insights at the centre, with clear articulation of how marketing is supporting specific business outcomes.
• Share regular updates with senior business stakeholders on marketing campaigns and performance
• Drive continuous improvement in marketing campaigns - led by creative, innovative ideas and a desire to think outside the box.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, web, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Apply agreed digital marketing measurement tools to assess the effectiveness of marketing spend and provide a basis for informing future marketing decision making. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

As Programming Director, you will be responsible for duties to include, but are not limited to:

1. Serves as the lead director of news and content for Voice of America, acting in accordance with direction from the VOA Director. Manages regional news divisions, the VOA News Center, and Studio and Production Operations, provides oversight and guidance to operational, production, and programming elements. In this role, you will work closely with the regional teams to define, build and enhance the Precision supply road map in a way that provides consistent benefits while meeting unique market needs across APAC. In particular, your role requires a strong relationship with Publicis Media’s regional and local investment & commercial teams to manage supply partnership – strategically and commercially – including opportunity assessment, proposal management, negotiations and commercial awareness. In addition to a strong affinity for technology and infrastructure development, a proven commercial awareness is a plus.

Supply management

• Identify commercially viable key supply partners and solutions – globally and regionally – that allow for a strong differentiation of our positioning in an increasingly cluttered marketplace
• Work with existing supply side vendors on new product features, roll out and adoption. Explore, meet and test new supply solutions that may fulfill our clients’ needs
• Continuously define client needs and translate needs into opportunities for Precision
• Develop and negotiate supply partnerships to extract maximum media value and unique benefits that are only available to Precision and Publicis Media
• Establish key supply packages and offering catered to clients’ needs and seasonal offering
• Maintain and refine internal supply feedback loop with operations and agencies

Marketing and training

• Build supply marketing and training materials to be rolled out to agencies and regional markets in a systematic way. This may include hosting events with key launch partners, connecting with local markets on a regular basis, or regular email updates

• Collaborate with Precision client servicing and account management teams to grow and maintain adoption

Team management

Qualifications

To be a successful candidate, you will be/have:

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Proven track record of top performance measured against product and supply development, maintenance and growth
• Extensive knowledge of data-driven and programmatic platforms such as DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges as well as DMPs, Social Media Management platforms, DCO tools etc.
• 9+ years in digital media with experience with ability to project manage from start to finish
• Strong commercial experience and negotiation skills is a requirement
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical thinking
• Ability to lead projects independently from start to finish, working with internal and external teams to make decisions and maintain forward momentum

Directors are integral to the success of any film project. As a director you'll contribute to all the creative elements of a production and will be responsible for shaping them into a cohesive film.

In order to do this, you'll need a strong creative vision and the ability to communicate your ideas to a variety of people throughout the production process. This will include your production team, crew, actors and those responsible for financing the film.

Responsibilities

As a film director, you'll need to:

• read scripts
• work with writers and provide feedback on the further development of scripts
• select actors - sometimes working with casting directors and producers during this selection process
• monitor rehearsals
• direct actors during the filming
• select locations for filming
• hold meetings with key departments such as the camera, art and costume departments during the planning stages and throughout the filming
• agree the budget and schedule of the film with the producer
• be responsible for staying on budget and schedule
