• To ensure COSHH is up to date and the team is trained on and monitor it is adhered too.
• Assist with the delivery and support of the Building Safety Act 2022 where appropriate; ensuring that buildings are safe and feel safe for all stakeholders. - To ensure all training is uploaded to training system and records are up to date for all teams.
• Manage all audit processes to a high standard, ensuring 100% Health and Safety compliance throughout the development.
• Conducting comprehensive and informative handovers with colleagues and ensure that staff meetings are held regularly and staff are informed about engagement activities and opportunities to training and development.
• Encourage and motivate colleagues to perform their best, take responsibility for tasks and assignments, make decisions and provide input on possible improvements.
• To carry out monthly stock takes of supplies and order new as needed.

• To ensure that a detailed daily log is maintained for any incidents, resident requests and shift handover.
• Liaising with our health and safety consultant to ensure that all risk assessments on site are up to date and the teams are fully trained.

• Display a thorough understanding of workplace facilities management and ensure these best practices are implemented.
• Overseeing relationships with commercial tenants and dealing with maintenance faults of occupiers.
• Logging all maintenance issues and ensuring subsequent updates on the sites app to residents and via reporting tools to client.
• Ensuring that works are completed as soon as possible to high standards.

Mowi Feed is seeking a highly motivated person to be a part of our logistics team within our Operations Department. The role covers a range of operational tasks: from intake/receipt of all dry and liquid raw materials (in both bulk and bag form) from a range of vessels and vehicles, right through the supply chain to the loading and despatch of finished product bags, with an array of tasks in between. Most tasks are quite physical so a Logistics Technician requires a good level of fitness and flexibility.

The feed plant runs 24/7, 365 days of the year and the successful candidate will be required to participate in a shift rota.

The duties undertaken and key responsibilities will include:

• Intake, sampling and processing of all Raw Materials in dry and liquid form, for both bulk and bag deliveries;
• Ensuring materials are stored and filled correctly and in good time to ensure continuous running of production lines;
• Bagging out finished product into a range of bag sizes; stack and store safely within appropriate areas of the warehouse whilst maintaining accurate records of stored volumes;
• Packing, storing and loading all Finished Product bags to a range of vessels and vehicles in a timely and efficient way to ensure all order requirements are met;
• Creating, maintaining and developing a safe working environment for all, continuously improving routines and safe systems of work;
• Working together with vessels and vehicles to ensure safe operations around the site and pier through clear communication;
• Ensuring adherence to Company Health, Safety and Environment policies and procedures;
• Ensuring work areas are maintained to a high standard;
• Supporting other operational departments when required.

The above will involve a combination of forklift driving and operating different machinery, some heavy and some at heights.

Qualifications/Skills

• Good communication skills which requires fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Well-developed IT skills.
• Experience working to health and safety guidelines;
• Being confident working with technology and machinery, some at heights;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively;
• A flexible and responsive approach to work, with the ability to take responsibility and justify actions;
• Enthusiasm for accepting new challenges and opportunities to learn with a ‘can do’ attitude;

• Ensuring maintenance tasks are meticulously completed and recorded in the relevant systems.
• Undertake maintenance tasks not limited to but including - bin movements, refuse chute / area maintenance, light bulb replacement, painting, decorating, plaster repairs, minor internal and external maintenance repairs to hard surfaces and soft services.
• Ensure all tools are maintained and kept securely, only used by authorised personnel.
• Pressure wash / clean areas of the development as and when needed.
• Carry out any touch up paint work in communal areas within the buildings, as and when required.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Food Technology Teacher to join our dedicated team of educators at a reputable Alternative Provision in East Barnet, London (EN4). As a Food Technology Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the culinary talents and nutritional awareness of our students. Your role will encompass both the practical aspects of cooking and the theoretical knowledge of food science, nutrition, and safety.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging food technology lessons that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners.

We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, reliable Pharmacy Technician to join our expanding team in London. Candidates must be flexible, hardworking, have good time management and have the ability to plan and organise their workload. This role will include working within a ward setting, as well as supporting the Medicines Management team in the community.

Maintain the Patient’s Own Drug (POD) scheme according to Trust Policies. This involves checking the suitability of patient’s own drugs i.e., Correct instructions on label, expiry date, re-labelling if necessary and gaining patient consent for using their own medication.
