As our Office & Facilities Manager you will be the backbone of our offices during this maternity cover, you'll:
Oversee day to day office operations, making sure everything runs smoothly, managing the administrative assistants.
Bring your creative flair to improve office processes and enhance efficiencies
Collaborate with cross functional teams and be the go to person for all things administrative.
Be the heart of our team ensuring positive and vibrant work environment
To set the standards and procedures for our offices including Office Inductions, maintaining office environmental standards and security.
To maintain office utilisation metrics and prepare regular management information that identify trends, issues and make recommendations.

What are we looking for?
Proven experience in office management or similar roles.
Outstanding organizational skills and an eye for detail.
Adaptable communication, interpersonal abilities and the ability to build repour easily
Proficiency in office software tools.
A proactive problem solver whose always focused on positive outcomes
Driver with full access to a vehicle.
Someone who will work from our offices for their working week (37.5)
Good teamworking skills and the confidence to lead and motivate a team
Project management skills
