• Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities within the freight and logistics industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies to expand their client base.
• Collaborate with the operations team to understand service capabilities and develop custom freight solutions for clients.
• Prepare and present compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customers need to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals set by the company.
• Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activity, pipeline status, and client feedback to management.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to promote the company and its services.

Key Requirements:

• Strong understanding of freight operations, including international shipping, transportation modes, and customs regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently, as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
