We are looking for an Installation Project Manager to join our busy and growing organisation. The Installation Project Manager
will oversee and coordinate the successful installation ensuring the installations are completed on time, within budget and to the
highest quality standards.




Key Responsibilities:

* Address any site issues raised through Co-ordination, PM’s or Sales dependant on the severity, these matters can be delegated
to the IM’s or dealt with directly with support from your line manager.
* Manage all mid to long duration rectification works which can be also supported by your line manager.
* Liaise directly with the client and installation teams, provide action plans and daily status reports on the progress.
* Liaise with your line manager on which Site Manager is allocated to which project and advise the PM and Sales accordingly.
* Produce a site management planner showing each individuals availability and issue to Sales on a monthly basis.
* Ensuring accounts are set up, payment terms are agreed and all of the team’s qualifications are provided to the Installation
Administrator promptly and entered on Smartlog.
* Ensure all new teams agree to the current revision of the Installation Sub-contractors Health and Safety Policy.

You will be joining a main contractor based in Birmingham managing civil works on water schemes in the Midlands area. This organisation has a strong pipeline of work in the water sector and offers excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development. Due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Project Manager to manage 2-3 projects, valued between £2m-£3m, simultaneously from inception through to completion. This is a permanent position which will involve a mixture of office- and site-based working (with the option for hybrid working).

Your new role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Planning and managing a portfolio of projects from inception through to completion
• Conducting safety tours for all on-site works
• Holding accountability for complex internal and external stakeholder engagement and management

Job Summary:
The post holder is required to manage specific capital projects and support the Senior Capital Projects Manager in the planning, organisation, and monitoring of all aspects of work relating to a project. The role will encompass project support, specifically managing Gantt charts, information, and work packages mainly in connection with RAAC, but also some space planning. The post holder will liaise closely with staff at different levels and other stakeholders in the business. Projects managed using Microsoft Project.

Key Duties:
Develop and maintain good working relationships with all staff and departments (e.g., Supplies, Finance). Ensuring positive engagement from stakeholders and reporting on performance management issues.

Act as the focal point for all communications related to specific projects, assisting senior Project Managers as needed.
Promote projects across the business, including compiling and presenting information to diverse staff groups.
Monitor activities against the master Gantt chart, and influence task delivery to specified timelines, escalating issues as they arise.
Facilitate project meetings and represent senior Project Managers as required.
For minor projects, gather and analyse information options, present solutions for approval, and ensure relevant documentation is completed.
Assist in the development and review of policies and procedures related to the role.
Produce, distribute, and maintain notes of all project meetings and follow up on actions as required.

Essential requirements:
Formal Project Management Qualification.

The role
