Responsibilities
- Propose and produce monthly dashboards for department activities and projects
- Build and implement a quality assurance framework
- Setup an adhoc governance for each topic to ensure a good coordination and follow-up with the main stakeholders.
- Provide support to the management during governance meeting.
- Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
- Facilitated the Dashboard Usage and Navigation training to all
- Project Managers
- Facilitate project managers group sharing best practices and lessons learned across the department.
- Automate tasks using automate tool and upload documents to Sharepoint
Skills/Requirement
- Minimum 7 Years of Experience in PMO activities or in a project management role
- Minimum 3+ years of practical experience of using Excel for building and maintaining data models.
- Experience in Data Cleansing, Data Modelling, Schema handling and Data Visualization thru MS Power BI
- Working in Banking environment and / or international organization will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of an IT organisation and ecosystem
- Knowledgeable in Trello, JIRA and Confluence
- Highly proficient with MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Project
- Knowledge in SQL will be an advantage
- Capability to produce high quality PowerPoints Documents in terms of design and content.
- Advanced Excel (VBA) and Power Point proficiency.
