We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Resourcing Business Partner.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Resourcing Business Partner, you will be an integral part of our Resource Wider Leadership team, driving strategic recruitment initiatives and fostering a culture of excellence. You will lead and support various projects focusing on digital technology, employee branding, values-based recruitment, and diverse talent acquisition strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and delivering tailored recruitment and Onboarding plans for designated regions/disciplines, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and develop regional resourcing strategies.
- Manage a team of Field-based Resourcers and Recruitment Administrators to deliver recruitment plans effectively.
- Lead recruitment efforts for volume and manager roles, including sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
- Partner with HR, operations, finance, and marketing to ensure commercially robust recruitment plans.
- Provide hands-on operational support across the recruitment and onboarding cycle.
- Deliver training sessions on recruitment best practices and regulatory compliance.
- Contribute to succession planning and talent mapping initiatives.
- Stay informed about market trends, legislation, and compliance issues.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong recruitment business partnering or team-leading experience.
- Exposure to health & social care or similar fast-paced recruitment environments.
- Credibility, commercial acumen, and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and resilient approach to work.

- Knowledge of recruitment within children's services and social care sectors.
- Experience implementing regional talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Familiarity with workforce planning and equal opportunities legislation.
