The Technical Account Manager will be responsible for managing the account for a large multi sited client who is 20 site spans the Uk and the successful applicant will work alongside Engineering Managers, Automation Engineers, and Site Managers.

Key Duties are:

• Maintain & develop relationships with key site and central contacts
• Inform clients of latest technology to help with new projects
• Project Manage all new solutions on site
• Coordinate a team to deliver technical solutions
• Conduct annual visits to understand their current site configurations.

In order to be considered for the role of Technical Account Manager applicants must have a broad understanding of LAN/WAN/wLA, preferably Cisco & Cisco Meraki, CCNA a plus. Advanced IT skills including Microsoft 365 & SharePoint are essential. Occasional travel to London will be required.

Your duties and responsibilities will be those normally expected of a Technical Assistant Stage Manager of a first-class production, as such expression is usually understood, including but not limited to: creation of a backstage plot, looking after the technical elements of the stage, and liaising with other technical departments to ensure the smooth running of the show.

The HIV Peer Support Network Manager is responsible for managing an innovative, comprehensive peer support network for people living with HIV (PLWH) across eight HIV clinics in Southeast and Southwest London.

Role Overview

To support the Senior Area Manager with generating specification opportunities via developing strong relationships with Roofing Contractors, Local Authority Organisations and Main Contractor Clients.

Develop and maintain positive day-to-day relationships with existing and new clients including contractors and internal colleagues to ensure that an outstanding service is provided. Work closely with your line manager and the Technical department in order to assist, and where required, lead on surveying projects and writing condition reports and specifications. To maintain regular and effective liaison with existing clients in order to understand their needs and drivers and exceed expectations and to maximise business opportunity through specification sales and networking.

Key Responsibilities:
To identify new clients and develop a strategy to maximise opportunities including arranging and / or delivering CPD seminars.
To ensure that you maintain a positive and proactive level of communication with the existing contractor network, including regular meetings, to engender mutual trust and understanding.
To seek and create new business by developing a clear understanding of market sector opportunity in your area and prioritising specifying clients within these sectors.
To ensure that all relevant market information is shared with your line manager and agreed strategy is acted upon.
To ensure all projects are tracked throughout the design and procurement stage to maximise conversion ratio.
Working closely with colleagues across the business, to act as Project Manager taking overall responsibility and ownership for projects, from conception to completion.
To manage and update client and contractor records on the company database.
To continuously develop and demonstrate your technical competence and understanding via your reports, specifications, and client interaction.
Candidate:

Our Client is looking for someone who has some experience of working in the Construction Material/Built environment that has worked within a Technical Sales role previously. If you have Specification route-to-market knowledge or surveying experience, that would be ideal (though not essential). Experience of developing detailed written specifications and reports would be ideal. They can offer leading Industry training to the successful candidate to help you fully integrate into your role.

What experience transfers well into this role?

If you have experience in Estimating, Surveying, Technical Sales, Technical Administration or relatable experience that has been gained in a Specification/Project led role, then this would be a great role for you
