• You will serve as an action officer to major Workforce Relations and Compensation (WRAC) division programs, including Employee Relations and Labor Relations.
• You will provide technical advice and operational guidance in WRAC program areas and participate in the development, execution, evaluation and oversight of WRAC programs.
• You will plan and carry out projects or portions of broader assignments to resolve complex tasking at the headquarters level, and analyze issues/problems and develop recommendations and solutions for implementation.

The purpose of this position is to perform a variety of highly complex demanding management and program analyst assignments requiring a mastery of the application of qualitative and quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of program(s) effectiveness and to ensure high-quality implementation and management of ASPE s legislative, compliance, and executive secretariat activities.

• Performs the full range of tasks for assigned areas such as assignment, enlistment, reenlistment, promotion, awards, performance evaluation, routine boards, separation, or similar actions and performs a substantive review of records to determine eligibility for actions
• Serves as a technical authority on all elements of active duty military personnel specialties and reviews reports, forms, documentation, and other related information concerning Air Force members and reviews/constructs/maintains military personnel records on all assigned areas
• Serves as the primary source of information regarding a wide variety of entitlement, allowance, and indebtedness actions and processes actions through military personnel data systems
• Reviews products to identify and correct mismatches data in system and to ensure projections and confirmations have consummated and required actions have been taken tin the Personnel Data System
