Job Title: HR Advisor - Whitbread - Dunstable
Join Whitbread, the UK's leading FTSE 100 hospitality business with over 40,000 employees, as a HR Advisor for our dynamic Business Development and Contact Centre functions. In this role, you'll be crucial in implementing HR initiatives, driving performance, and fostering a compelling and inclusive work environment that's seen us set the pace in the hospitality industry for the past 282 years.

As a HR advisor you will work closely with the Contact Centre, Commercial and Business Development teams and empower HRBPS to drive Whitbread's strategic plan forward. So, if you have experience in a HR OR ER specialist role then this is the opportunity to be the mastermind in HR matters such as HR systems, ER process and induction.
Location: (LU5 5XE) - minimum 3 days per week in our Dunstable campus.
salary: £35,000 - £40,000

What You'll Do
Coach Line Managers for self-sufficiency in people processes.
Advise on employee relations.
ER Delivery
Collaborate with HR for a cohesive approach.
Aid HRBP in restructuring & development.
What We Need
Strong HR background with ER experience.
Stakeholder management, particularly being able to challenge stakeholders at director level.
Understands end to end people cycle.
Understands HR routines such as performance management, talent & succession planning, Learning & Development.
