Responsibilities:
· Full spectrum of HR function.
· Develop, coordinate, and administer all recruitment processes.
· Assist in the offboarding process for resign staff including preparation of letters, exit interview and exit clearance.
· Manage payroll processing and reports, including reconciling overtime.
· Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
· Handle employee compensation and benefits matters.
· Update the HR system.
· Coordinate and administer training and development programmes.
· Communicate with employees on HR matters and handle staff events.
· Monitor and constantly update workers’ annual leave, medical leave and expenses.
· Work with relevant stakeholders on policy reviews and updates.
· Provide support to immediate superior on the Performance Appraisal Processes.
· Manage application, renewal & cancellation and related works of work pass for foreign workers.
· Handles matters related to general worker such as dormitory arrangement, update residential address via MOM OFWAS system, CSOC, Coretrade, levy waiver, medical checkup for new hire and monthly renewal workers.
· Conduct and complete market surveys from MOM, IRAS, CPF, WDA and various HR related surveys.
· Submit government claims via NS portal, Profamily leave etc.
· Insurance renewal and assistance to submit claims if any.
· Negotiates to outsource services such as hospital insurance coverage plan.
· Handle auditors’ enquiries.
· Matters related to MYE application.
· Monitor, update of CSOC course for workers. Enroll in courses for workers.
· Manage and arrange insurance bonds for new joining workers.
· Perform HR administrative tasks.
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Administrative / Business Studies
- Minimum 2 years of full spectrum HR working experience as generalist including payroll processing.
- Preferably from construction / manufacturing, industrial sector.
- Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices.
