Position: HR ADMIN SUPPORT
JOB Responsibility:
· Provide administrative support to HR department
· Manage and update Infotech database
· Archival of paperwork for HR policies and procedures
· Provide support for new employee orientation programme, on-boarding and off-boarding
· Issue / Renew / Cancel of Work Permit and S Pass
· Keep track and renew of workers’ courses
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
· ITE / Secondary N/O Level
· 1-2 years’ experience
· Fresh Graduates are welcomed
