Work with onsite staff, providing help and guidance as necessary, to ensure that all Purchase Orders are raised prior to ordering or works being commissioned and ensure that those making requisitions are receipting goods and services appropriately. Assist Central Finance Operations team with any PO related Monitoring and checking petty cash reconciliations received and issuing petty cash. Liaising with managers on queries and best practice. Submission of monthly reconciliation report to Central Finance. Day to day administration of debit and credit cards, including correct coding and submission of monthly reconciliation report to Central Finance. Liaising with the Hotel team to ensure that income is received Responsibility for banking and recording income including card purchases During colleague absence, assist Business Manager and Senior Administrator with the monthly Payroll process as required. As Finance Manager Capital, the post holder will work as part of a dynamic team in delivering an effective service supporting managers and staff across the South West region, including: Supporting the team to have robust processes in place to track and monitor all capital funding sources for accurate month end and year end monitoring and reporting of capital. Day to day management of the capital programme, including capital allocations, general ledger management and adjustments, coding structures and other related capital processes, systems and procedures. Production of monthly capital performance management information and critical analysis of trends, variances and associated risks, thus enabling strategic decisions to be made. Provide advice and support on capital processes, systems and procedures. Support building effective relationships across key stakeholders such as providers, commissioners, systems and regional and national teams including Capital and Cash and Strategic Estates. Assist in the development and operation of processes, systems and procedures to enable the region to effectively manage capital investment.
