You will work on a varied, rolling rota carrying out effective patrols of on and street parking areas within Cambridge to ensure compliance with parking restrictions.

About the Role

Our Field Support Engineers are the face of Marshall proactively maintaining our equipment so it can be used to support our customers in the most critical of situations. Looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer to join a leading property services company based in Duxford carrying out responsive and planned maintenance to void properties

Offering a competitive salary of £30,000 - £33,000 + Company van, 26 days holiday + bank holidays, Bonus scheme, Enhanced Pension Plan and more

You'll work to deliver a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include Plumbing, Carpentry, Kitchen & Bathroom fitting and general maintenance works in a social housing setting

Requirements

• Hold a relevant trade qualification, NVQ2 or equivalent C&G
• Previous experience working in social housing properties
• You must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only)
• Flexible approach as you will be asked to go on an out of hours call out rota
