Responsibilities:

• Design, analyze, and supervise structural components, including formwork and precast elements, in alignment with project specifications.
• Coordinate with the construction team to ensure effective integration of structural designs into the overall project.
• Review and approve structural designs and calculations, focusing on the stability and durability of high-rise building components.
• Conduct inspections and assessments of structural work to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Work closely with architects, project managers, and other engineers to address technical challenges and develop effective solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering within high-rise building construction.
• Proven expertise in precast components and system formwork for office buildings.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively across disciplines.

Job Description

• Oversee and manage the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across project phases, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to integrate the MEP system effectively with other project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Green Mark criteria, implementing sustainable practices within MEP systems to achieve energy efficiency and environmental standards.
• Interpret and work with Building Information Modeling (BIM) using Revit, ensuring that designs and documentation align with project specifications.
• Report regularly to the Senior Project Director (SPD) on MEP system progress, challenges, and resolutions.
• Utilize expertise in hybrid cooling systems to enhance project sustainability and performance.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in overseeing MEP systems in large-scale projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate and collaborate across disciplines to support MEP system integration.
• Knowledgeable in hybrid cooling systems and their application in building projects.
• Familiar with Green Mark certification requirements specific to MEP systems.
• Proficient in reading and understanding BIM models, especially within Revit.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach to managing MEP aspects of the project.

• Ensuring works carried out meet company's quality standard and safety requirements
• Ensure site supervisors & foreman meet client and regulatory work requirements
