JOB SUMMARY:

The Accounting Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of

the Accounting Department. This includes the preparation of financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations, and leading a team of accountants. Requirements:

• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage employees and ensure operational efficiency.
• Experience in operations management or similar roles.
• Willingness to travel and work across multiple departments as per operational needs.
• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or a similar role, with a proven track record of managing teams and improving operational processes.

• 處理差旅安排，並在需要時陪同管理階層出差，處理現場營運事宜。
• 根據領導團隊的指示，執行從安排較低層級的工作到處理關鍵管理職責的實際任務。

• 擁有營運管理或類似職位的經驗。

• 至少 3 年營運管理、物流或類似職位經驗，在管理團隊和改進營運流程方面擁有良好的記錄。
