An excellent opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, organised and talented Pre-School Deputy Manager to work in a very successful and high achieving school. Relevant qualifications and previous experience in a Pre-School or Primary School setting are essential.
If you are passionate about teaching and learning and would like to join a friendly team who are dedicated to providing a stimulating environment in which children can learn, then this could be a position for you. We are ideally looking for someone with an Early Years Teacher qualification but will consider a candidate with relevant leadership experience.

Show commitment to providing high quality childcare by leading and mentoring other staff
Act as a role model to other practitioners
Have high expectations of both academic achievement and behaviour
Show demonstrable passion and heart for children and families
Have excellent communication skills and an ability to engage with people at all levels
Demonstrate desire and motivation to work as part of a team towards shared goals
Be willing to take on some extra-curricular responsibilities, if required (Breakfast Club from 7.30am and After School Club until 5.30pm) (these are paid in addition)

This is a full-time role, working 35 hours per week.
Whilst our Pre-School runs term-time only (apart from our Holiday Club provision) the Pre-School Deputy Manager will be required to work some additional days during the school holidays to support the Pre-School Manager.
