Job Opportunity: Special Needs Teaching Assistant - Behavioral Support

This role involves working closely with students with behavioral needs and includes driving responsibilities.

**Salary:** £95 - £110 per day
**About the Role:**
- As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will provide essential support to students with behavioral needs in an educational setting.
- You will work closely with the classroom teacher to implement strategies and interventions to support positive behavior and academic progress.
- In addition to classroom support, this role involves driving responsibilities, such as transporting students to and from school or other educational activities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with behavioral needs, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Implement behavior management strategies and interventions under the guidance of the classroom teacher.
- Assist with the planning and delivery of individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior support plans.
- Safely transport students to and from school or other designated locations as required.
**Requirements:**
- Experience working with students with behavioral needs in an educational or similar setting.
- Strong understanding of behavior management techniques and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents/carers.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to undertake driving responsibilities as part of the role.
- Relevant qualifications or training in special education, counseling, psychology, or related fields are desirable but not essential.
