Tai Chi is a mind-body exercise combining slow-flowing intentional movements with breathing, awareness and visualization. Tai Chi/Qigong Instructors are responsible for independently conducting tai chi and qigong well-being classes. They prepare and set up tai chi and/or qigong equipment to support scheduled events and activities ensuring that class areas are clean, safe and set according to procedures. Monday to Friday, 8.30 until 15.15pm. 31.25 hours per week, term time only.
