We're really excited to announce that we have an opportunity for a Learning and Development Advisor to join our team! This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with the option to work a 9-day fortnight – have a day off every other week!
We are embracing hybrid working. If you are successful you can work from home some of the time if you wish, but you will need to regularly attend our sites for collaborative working and to forge great relationships with others.

What you'll do
As part of our Learning and Development team, you’ll help us create and deliver high quality bespoke training for our colleagues via a range of different ways, including videos, podcasts and e-learning and both virtually and in person.
Alongside this you'll deliver our statutory and mandatory training program and company induction for all areas of the business. You'll be expected to regularly evaluate our training and make necessary changes to ensure the training remains engaging and fit for purpose.
You'll work with the L&D team and managers throughout the business to undertake Training Needs Analysis to ensure that all regulatory, mandatory and developmental requirements in each area of the organisation are completed and you'll play a key part in supporting the digital development of all colleagues, as the organisation continues its digitalisation journey.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role you'll have experience of working in a busy L&D role with the capability to create, design and deliver training, utilising blended learning solutions. You’ll be very comfortable using MS Office packages and ideally you’ll have experience of working with Microsoft 365, however this is not essential.
You will be a confident and enthusiastic person with excellent communication skills. You'll also have the ability to work in partnership with colleagues and managers across the organisation.
A valid UK driving licence and the use of a vehicle is essential for this role.
