An exciting opportunity is available for a full-time administrator / receptionist based within our Forward Leeds team. This is a diverse and rewarding role with expectations that the post holder will cover all aspect of administration including clinical administration. The role will be based at our Armley hub but with the expectation that they will provide cover and work across all our 3 sites hubs within Leeds where needed. Experience of using SystmOne is desirable but not essential.

Some of the key duties you will undertake are:
General administration duties.
Covering reception when needed.
Prepare prescriptions strictly adhering to protocol and procedure using SystmOne.
Management of daily clinical task and prescription queries through SystmOne.
Manage clinical checks to ensure complying to CQC standards.
Generate and send GP letters
Stock control and ordering of stock.

The NHS Digital Academy has an opportunity for an Exemplar Service Lead to join our product team. We’re looking for an experienced product manager and strong strategic thinker who is expert in turning user research into achievable learning outcomes. Ideally, you’ll be an experienced DDaT professional who enjoys teaching what you know.

The Digital Academy exists to support the continued digital transformation of the NHS through education and training. Our product team is responsible for planning, creating and delivering impactful learning programmes which meet the data-informed needs of colleagues across the whole system.

We take a user-centred approach to learning product development and are looking for someone who both understands how NHS services are being digitally transformed and what skills and ways of working will help us to release more value from these services.

The Digital Academy currently offers a range of learning products about digital and data. These range from classroom-based courses to bite-sized self-directed learning online. Some of the products we design and deliver ourselves. Others are commissioned through partners. You will be responsive to children’s individual needs, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. This may include being a child’s keyworker and/or supporting the provision of a group of learners or whole class support across the primary age range. As an inclusion worker, you will also play a significant role in driving our inclusion agenda, for example, engaging and re-engaging children in school including children who face multiple barriers in engaging in school and facilitating personalised provision for learners. Supporting and nurturing parental links is fundamental to this role and it would be expected that you work towards achieving expectations as outlined in the SEND code of practice 2014.

What we do!

We are a well-established, nationwide healthcare provider. Our homes are Specialist Mental Health Services and established, offering adults person-centred care. We carefully develop and adapt homes to meet the varying needs of adults with mental health needs. The services are carefully located within thriving communities, offering a variety of educational, recreational and social activities.

We provide a positive impact on the service experience of people with mental health difficulties who may be experiencing emotional distress. This primarily involves support using a person-centred approach. Our Support Workers measure outcomes specifically to an individual’s needs and evidence using our person-centred outcome-measuring tool.
