Are you a school mum or someone with a background in hospitality or retail, or just looking for a role that lets you help others and be home for other commitments? We're seeking outgoing and reliable female Support Workers to join us for a part-time role that fits perfectly within school hours: 9:30 am - 2:30 pm. This is more than just a job—it's a chance to make a real difference and enjoy each day knowing you're helping someone live their best life!
About the role
In this role, you'll provide 1:1 support to two wonderful young women who live in their own supported flats. Both are active, sociable, and enjoy getting out and about. From seafront strolls and shopping sprees to local arts and crafts, you'll be their guide to all things fun and community-centred! They're looking for a support team that's as enthusiastic about life as they are.
We're not looking for previous healthcare experience, just a friendly, caring nature and great people skills. If you've worked in a people focused role like hospitality or retail, you'll find many of those skills are just what we're looking for! This role requires a UK driver's license as getting out and exploring the community is an important part of their day-to-day. You'll help them stay connected with friends and family, build confidence in independent living, and ensure their health and well-being is supported.
So, if you love making a difference, enjoy a good chat, and know your way around local community events (think Christmas fairs, seaside picnics, and trips to the local gym!), this role could be perfect for you. We believe in empowering our team, so you'll have lots of support, comprehensive training, and flexibility to make the role work for you.
