We are looking for a full-time Service Manager to lead our GAIN (Guidance, Advice, Information and Network) Project.
The role will be to lead and manage a team of Community Advisors/Assessor ensuring the delivery of high quality personalised support to improve the health and wellbeing of multiple disadvantaged adults living within Birmingham. You will work alongside multi-agency teams and in collaboration with our delivery partner Age UK Birmingham to ensure equitable service provision from community outreach locations across the City. You will ensure close monitoring of service delivery gathering and reporting data in line with contractual obligations.

We are looking for someone who:
Has excellent communication skills
Can monitor and maintain own standards ensuring work is accurate
Has experience in leading teams and managing people
Has experience in multi-agency collaboration and building stakeholder relationships
Has a strong understanding of personalised support planning and trauma informed practice
Responsibilities / Key Tasks:
Provide visible service leadership
Directly line manage up to 6 FTE Community Advisors/Assessor
Work collaboratively alongside our delivery partner Age UK Birmingham and Commissioners
Monitor and report on service performance
Ensure the service inclusive, accessible and promoted across Birmingham
Ensure compliance with the organisations policies and procedures

Hybrid Working – from outreach locations across Birmingham and working from home
