Job Summary

The job holder (2 years contract) reports to Director CDLT and is part of the management team that evaluates emerging pedagogy and technology related to education including implementing viable technological tools to enhance teaching and learning.

The job holder will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the curriculum and content development are developed successfully, and any learning technology adopted are with continuity through the provision of training, and the creation of self-help resources for users to enhance learning and good learner academic performance.

Core Responsibilities

The Associate Creative Director will form part of the LEGO agency Creative Development organization, and key responsibilities include:

• Build & deliver creative solutions for the LEGO® Brand from an advertising and marketing perspective
• Play a key part in the creative ideation process
• Work and guide creative teams and implement cross-platform work for local, regional, and global campaigns.
• Implement 360 campaigns independently, and as a team
• Present ideas clearly and strategically to market partners
• To have a proven understanding of current advertising/marketing practices

The global development is driven out of The LEGO Groups head Quarter in Billund, Denmark. TLA has got 4 main Hubs based in 4 main regions – AMS, EMEA, China & APAC.

Our LEGO Agency Asia, serves the Asian markets, covering both China and APAC markets. OLA Asia is focused on developing campaigns for the Asian region (with special focus on China) including regional occasion campaigns, amplifying global campaigns to fit the Asian region and localization of campaigns. Covering full value chain from campaign strategy to final in-store solutions.

The Associate Creative Director position will be placed in the LEGO Agency Asia Singapore Hub.

• Work closely with ECD to assign a creative team(s) to work on the creative brief
