We have an exciting role for a proactive mental health recovery practitioner with leadership skills at our supported living service.

You will have relevant experience of working with people with mental health needs within a person centred, recovery focused framework and will demonstrate knowledge of mental health needs/conditions, recovery principles and helpful interventions. You will have skills in promoting independence, tenancy sustainment and positive risk management.

You will work with service users, their families, housing and other agencies to assess needs and to plan a successful transition into the service, creating the foundations for greater independence and personal fulfillment. You will ensure that individuals are enabled to make progress in their personal recovery journey and to attain goals relating to their mental health & wellbeing, independence, maintenance of their tenancy, quality of life and community connections. This will be achieved through co-producing outcome-based support plans which build on strengths and assets and promote meaningful occupation, resilience and capacity for self-management.

You will promote a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere and ensure that staff are skilled in promoting recovery and positive engagement, with relationships based on respect and unconditional positive regard. You will ensure that that there is a strong commitment to equality and diversity. You will be committed to community asset-based approaches and be able to collaborate creatively with community partners and lead on partnership working with statutory mental health services and voluntary agencies.

You will ensure that our services are delivered effectively in accordance with assessed needs, contract requirements, service specification quality standards, and desired outcomes.

• This is a leadership role at the service and involves line management and deployment of the staff team

• This is a role where you will be at the service, overseeing and co-ordinating all aspects of service delivery
• You will liaise with and develop a positive relationship with the housing provider, be responsible for regular reporting and compliance for all aspects of property management

The South Manchester Mental Health services work with individuals in a variety of settings. The Service Manager role will come into a vibrant service model that has been proudly delivered by Creative Support for over three decades. The services are recovery focused and aim to further develop our Trauma informed care approach to respond to the housing, wellbeing and health needs of the adults we support. The post holder will get a direct and detailed handover from the previous Service manager who has done the role for nearly a decade. There is a small community team attached to the 7 accommodation services all services aim to support people to move into further independence and work on a skills and assets based approach.

The successful post holder will manage an experienced and dedicated senior team and oversee the service model across South Manchester. The successful post holder will have the support form and work in close liaison with other service managers across the Manchester city area.

We are seeking an individual who has a genuine passion for recovery based approaches. You will have a commitment to social housing and mental health support. The successful candidate will preferably have experience of assessment and referrals and have experience of risk management and service delivery.

The successful candidate will also have excellent interpersonal skills as you will have the opportunity to work regularly with other professionals in the sector.

With this in mind, we are looking for a Design Manager (Water Non-Infrastructure) to join our Delivery team and deliver high quality resources and outputs to enhance technical design delivery efficiency.

What will you be doing as our new Design Manager (Water Non- Infrastructure)?

As our new Design Manager, you’ll be fully responsible for all aspects of design for assigned Water non- infrastructure projects, including managing resource and engineering outputs. You’ll be responsible for CDM principal designer duties ensuring technical outputs meet the requirements of

TOTEX delivery process, as well as meeting project affordability within timescale agreed with the project teams whilst providing technical support during assembly.

Key responsibilities:

· Champion the digital development of infrastructure design work by embracing BIM360 and own the implementation of 3D models for all projects to facilitate the manipulation of data.
· Work closely with the Utility, Enabling, Modelling and Engineering Quality teams to ensure the correct information is filtered to contribute to project designs which meet @one standards.
· Set the standards and example of driving excellence in Health & Safety; eliminate hazards and reduce risks during design phase whilst communicating and looking to mitigate established risks to site safety.
· Ensure that all design work is delivered to the correct standards and specifications by efficiently utilising resources under the Best for Task principle.
· Work with the Senior Design Manager to agree technical requirements and resources whilst forecasting costs throughout projects.
· Act as the main interface between design and project teams as well as key support-functions to ensure projects meet or exceed client requirements.
· Maximise the team’s skills and capabilities to meet customer demand whilst developing individuals to meet career aspirations.

A little bit about your skills, experience, and behaviours….

To be considered for this exciting opportunity within the @one Alliance, you’ll hold a degree, HNC or HND in Engineering and have extensive experience in a technical role. You’ll demonstrate experience with the management of designs and multi-disciplinary projects and the capability to inspire, encourage and support others to achieve critical tasks and outcomes within non- infrastructure projects.

WHAT IS THE ROLE
The fundamental role of the Creative Studio Manager is pivotal in this fast-paced department. This role requires a creative individual who can drive the operations, strategic planning, and continually evaluate the performance of the department in delivering the high standard of E-commerce imagery expected. The Creative Studio Manger will have a keen eye for detail and collaborate with leading roles for Art direction and creative tech roles such as Photography and Retouch.

The successful applicant will be accountable for the sleek end to end department processes that ensure a high quality and timely, upload of imagery onto all relevant platforms. Driving innovation through the teams below whilst continually reviewing best practise.

This role will report directly into, and works closely with, the Brand Creative & Design Trend Forecaster.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Understand, and develop the studio creative vision across all brands and roll out across the department with support of the Leads
• Strategic planning for the future and growth of the department
• Develop a reporting structure of the studio targets and KPI’s
• Oversee the budgeting for all Studio teams and be accountable for overall departmental spend
• Review and sign off new processes with the Studio Leads
• Liaise with Buying and Design teams to deliver strong brand identity
• Be the first point of contact for all major studio queries
• Maintain a close working relationship with Studio ops manager and Production ops coordinator to ensure the delivery of critical processes such as Sample Receive and Model/Team scheduling
• Regularly instigate department wide competitor reviews and report on findings
• Be the eyes and ears of everything studio to ensure that the Brand Creative & Design Trend Forecaster is up to date
• Share and evolve creative insights with he Brand Creative & Design Trend Forecaster to ensure the highest creative standard across the studios
• Sign off Studio Team training
• Support the Studio Leads with headcount sign offs and recruiting
• Oversee continuity and quality of PLP imagery
• Be a leading voice on all the latest trends, and technology with support from Studio Leads
• Encourage the studio teams to push creative boundaries to deliver best in class imagery
• Lead by example in Managing up and down
• Encourage a team growth structure for the department to include learning and development in skill and behavioural

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
• Previous experience working in a busy ecomm studio or similar fashion environment a must
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• A creative eye in fashion imagery with a focus on lighting and overall aesthetic – very desirable
• Proficient in excel
• Strong project management skills
• Experience in managing budgets – typically of multiple teams
• Understanding of Ecom performance metrics
• Highly motivated with a desire to deliver
