Calling Receptionists in the Cardiff area! We have a great opportunity for an experienced receptionist to join our successful and growing client, a legal firm in Cardiff.
We are looking for a Receptionist to:
• Welcome and greet all visitors as they arrive
• Be the first port of call for all inbound enquiries, directing calls and post to the relevant department
• Provide administrative support to colleagues including Paralegals and the Office Manager
• Filing and preparing correspondence using a case management system
• Keeping the reception area clean and tidy
To be a successful Receptionist you need:
• An excellent telephone manner, with a friendly, professional nature
• Ideally, a background or interest in the legal profession
• The ability to work on your own initiative
• An organised, methodical approach to what can be fast-paced work
• Good administrative and IT skills
This role offers a salary of £26,000 pa, plus benefits including 25 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas shutdown, pension plenty of growth and development opportunities and many more.
