Location: Lincoln central
Hours: Monday to Thursday – 08.45 – 17.15 Friday 08.45 - 14.00
Pay: £12.00 - £13.00 per hour DOE
Holidays: 20 days PLUS 8 Bank Holidays
Start date: Monday 24th June 2024
Duties:
Answer incoming telephone calls, transfer the call ,and take accurate messages.
Greet clients and visitors when they arrive at the office.
Take card payments for client invoices over the telephone and face to face.
Recording, franking and sending external mail.
Deal with answer machine messages.
Monitor the company email inbox.
Photocopying, scanning, and filing as required.
Experience:
Knowledge of MS Office - Word and Excel
Great customer service skills
Ability to learn in house systems
