JOB DESCRIPTION :

1. Perform day-to-day finance operations such as preparing cheque payments, petty cash, staff claims, records, and account filing requirements.
2. Perform month end closing activities.
3. Ensure all the accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system.
4. Process daily receipts and bank deposit on daily basis, ensure all the cheque received has been recorded and bank in to assigned bank account.
5. Prepare journal entries and ensure all supporting documents attached for review purpose.
6. Prepare monthly debtor statement and remind client via email.
7. Monitor debtor outstanding in timely basis.
8. Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process.
9. To perform other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably with 2 years in the related field.
• Minimum Diploma in Accounting / Finance or equivalent preferred.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Autocount accounting software.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management and staff.

1. PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

2.1 Carry out the day to day walk through of all pool & sports & facilities ensuring they are safe, clean and welcoming.

2.2 Complete pool records, in line with HSG179 Health and safety in swimming pools.

2.3 Ensure to follow the highest level of health and safety practices in the facility, including, cleaning, water testing and maintenance duties.

2.4 When required manage the pool plant to ensure appropriate dosing of the pool to maintain water quality and have a thorough understanding of COSHH regulations. Take note of stocks and inform manager when stocks are low.

2.5 Ensure safeguarding protocols are in place to manage appropriate access to the facilities by the various users.

1. To promote and support awareness of cultural diversity. To ensure that bullying, harassment and intimidation are not tolerated.

1. To be aware of issues relating to POVA and safeguarding of children and to report any untoward incidents immediately to the appropriate person.

2.8 Ensure that appropriate and detailed records are carried out to demonstrate full compliance with all relevant and recommended good practice for sports facilities and swimming pool.

2.9 Ensure that all pool & sports facilities are maintained to a high standard day-to-day. This will occasionally include ad-hoc cleaning and the appropriate setting up, management and storage of equipment.

Program Manager Full-time or Part-time– ANZA Soccer (Nov 2024)

About Us ANZA Soccer is a not-for-profit youth sports club providing soccer training and competition for over 500 children at various venues across Singapore. We are a welcoming, inclusive club dedicated to helping young players, ages 3-18, learn soccer skills, develop teamwork, and grow in sportsmanship in a fun and engaging environment. Our goal is to be a place where players love to learn, and coaches love to coach. Our club thrives thanks to the dedication of parent volunteers and the expertise of professional coaches, led by our passionate, full-time Head Coach. We offer a diverse range of activities, including recreational training, competition-focused sessions, and our special Matildas program designed to inspire and encourage girls to embrace soccer.

The Role As the Program Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day organization and smooth operation of ANZA Soccer activities.

• Reporting to the ANZA Soccer Committee, you’ll collaborate closely with the Head Coach and Age Group Coordinators (AGCs) to deliver an exceptional program. Although primarily operational, this role requires weekend and evening availability to oversee training and competitions.
• You will serve as the main point of contact for members, fostering strong relationships to promote and enhance and grow the program.
• You’ll need to work strategically, be self-motivated, and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills. The ability to prioritize tasks effectively and ensure all program elements are aligned will be crucial to success in this role. Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the planning, delivery, and strategic development of the soccer program.
• Develop and implement a seamless pathway for players from grassroots to competition.
• Support and train volunteers and coaches, ensuring a high-quality experience for all.

Responsibilities:

• To provide Sports Massage Therapy to clients at our outlets located at CBD or/and in the East
• Occasional provision of Sports Massage at Sporting & Corporate Events
• Maintain clients throughout the prescribed duration of sessions according to training provided
• Ensure client satisfaction during the sessions.
• Ensure adherence to shift timing

Requirements

• Minimum WSQ certification in any massage course
• Preferred; Certification in Sports Massage Therapy or Higher

Compensation:

• Salary will be commensurate with experience.

• You will have oversight of the Fitness, Sports, and Aquatics programs at the installation.
• You will plan, manage, and administer a comprehensive year-round fitness, recreational sports, and aquatics programs, and the associated facilities used in conducting these programs.
• You will coordinate with other island wide to include other military bases, and pertinent organizations in establishing a well-rounded fitness and sports program and to effectively promote all aspects of health/wellness to the community.
• You will coordinate the use of maintenance of indoor and outdoor facilities which may include but is not limited to, gymnasium(s), fitness center(s), tennis court(s), swimming pool(s), softball field(s), and soccer field(s).
• You will direct work to be accomplished by a staff to include and not limited to military personnel, NAF civilians, APF Civilians and Contractors.
