As a Ward Administrator, you’ll help ensure the smooth & safe management of our patient care on the ward.

This role will be a 9 - 12 month contract.

Cygnet Hospital Taunton provides acute inpatient admissions service for men and a specialist inpatient service for men diagnosed with a learning disability.

The hospital is situated in a rural setting amongst Taunton farmland, within acres of peaceful fields. Your Day-to-Day...

• Assisting the wards to generate & complete relevant forms following Ward Round meetings where necessary (e.g. Notice to Accounts / S17 Leave forms / Pre Leave Assessment Forms).
• Helping to ensure the wards are compliant with various clinical dashboards (e.g. advising when care plans are due for review).
• Ensuring paperwork is submitted so the patient database is kept up to date.
• Assist with the collection of required data to meet corporate requirements.
• Attending Ward Rounds, taking minutes, editing and issuing the reports.
• Maintain effective filing systems and decant service user notes in line with Medical Records policy and procedure.
• Liaise internally regarding ward round meetings as required.
• Liaise with external agencies, referrers, other professionals and relatives.
• Attend and take minutes at meetings as requested.
• Record all enquiries using appropriate documentation and ensure action is taken where necessary.
• Provide cover in the Reception area for breaks, leave etc. to include handling the hospital switchboard efficiently and carrying out other duties in this area as requested.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of patient related data at all times.

• Experienced in administration in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Organised, diligent and can strictly adhere to processes & procedures
• Knowledgeable of mental health & patient confidentiality issues
• Skilled at inputting, pulling & analysing data using Microsoft Excel
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, etc
• An excellent verbal & written communicator with strong interpersonal skills

JOB PURPOSE

(a) To oversee and manage a caseload in an area of law allocated.

(b) To respond to requests for advice, representation etc, from employees.

(c) To manage all aspects of court representation as required.

(d) To advise and/or present to courts, meetings, members at formal appeal hearings or as required by the County Solicitor

(e) To assume a lead role in advising clients on specialist aspects of law and practice as required, e.g. Procurement, Employment, Human Rights, Child Care, Adult Social Care,

Property and to organise/participate in training events as appropriate and/or necessary.

(f) To determine appeals under the Internal Dispute Resolution Procedure of the Local Government Pension Scheme and various internal appeal procedures if required.

(g) To take part in the Legal Services’ Out of Hours service to provide assistance to the

Emergency Duty Team on matters of Childcare and Adult Social Care.

(h) Any other duties appropriate to the grade as may be assigned by one of the Legal Service managers.

Rullion have an opportunity for an Stores Person to work with a world leading Rolling Stock Company, based out of their Rail Depot in Crofton, Wakefield.

This role is suitable for a Stores Person that is confident on Microsoft Software Packages. SAP experience is preferred. However if you have worked with inventory systems in a warehouse environment, then this will be considered.

Shifts:
Shift pattern is on a 4 days on / 4 days off basis.

Rates:
You have an option of PAYE or Umbrella - as this role is inside of IR35.

Rates:
First 12 weeks rate:
£17.16 per hour PAYE (28 days Leave pro-rata)
£21.25 per hour Umbrella Payment Company

Post 12 Weeks AWR rate:

Purpose of the role:
Provide materials operational support for a large contract working mainly with a rolling stock fleet. Predominantly, the role is to ensure material requirements are met in the most efficient and professional manner.
Educational requirements and experience…
- Minimum basic qualification to GCSE Maths and English
- Alternatively, development of appropriate knowledge through experience would be acceptable
- Warehousing / Logistics experience
- SAP Experience is preferred, however will accept good inventory computer knowledge within a Warehousing environment
- FLT Counterbalance experience with either B1 or B2

Responsibilities…
To work as directed by The Northern Material Manager in the following areas
1) SAP computer operating activities
a) Goods Reception
b) Material Location
c) Issuance of materials
d) Transfer of materials
e) Carry out regular stock checks using the Physical Inventory process.
f) Management of repairable and warranty stock
g) Reports to monitor transactions

2) Administration
a) Using Microsoft Office software packages for general administrative activities including email, spreadsheets, presentations and document writing
b) Confidently Interface with customers advising / resolving material problems and advise on material management.
c) Comply with all Client Supply Chain Procedures
d) Keeping work areas clean and tidy at all times

3) Warehousing
a) Ensure the store is safe to operate within via line of route
b) Ensure all parts are received correctly
c) Ensure parts are located at the point of reception
d) Ensure all locations are identified and the part is identified within the location
e) Ensure all parts to be located are securely managed so that no injury can happen
f) Ensure all items in excess of 20kg's have weight labels attached
g) Ensure all parts are stored in accordance with Client Procedures
h) Repairable stock conciliations, by ensuring that a broken part is received for every good part issued.
i) Ensuring the returns area is always kept organised and clear
j) Ensuring all goods being despatched are secure and packaged well
k) Management of Safety Critical Parts

4) Productivity
a) Maintenance of Kanban bins for lineside provision of material to Production.
b) Delivery of materials to point of use as required.
c) Arranging collection and deliveries of parts to and from the Crofton Depot utilising transport logistic portals
d) Operation of Mechanical or Electrical appliances including Fork Lift Trucks
e) Driving a vehicle between depots upon urgent requirements

5) Provide professional materials support to the rolling stock fleet.
a) Represent the Client as the parts specialist within the individual customers' depot operations.
b) Responsible and accountable for Ensuring parts are held in stock at various locations to correct mod level. Taking appropriate action to resolve any problems or issues associated with this and other areas. Using own initiative to continually update and improve ways of working.
c) Ensure parts held in stock incorporate the most recent FMI or VMOI.
d) Plan for, assist and prepare for customer audits
e) Responsible for Producing action / project plans to ensure smooth transition from Commercial to Operations and any corrective action planning.
