Essential Job Functions:

• Assist the Provider Relations Manager with oversight in managing and leading the overall success of the Provider Relations Department, driving a positive Avesis provider experience and provider satisfaction.
• Conduct scheduled team meetings with assigned team as well as schedule individual meetings with staff.
• Operate and function as the leader with a take charge attitude.
• Be able to hold difficult conversations as well as empower employees through positive conversations.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and escalation point to coach Provider Relations/Services staff in providing the best service experience and timely issue resolution possible.
• Accountable leader for the Provider Relations/Services staff in their effectiveness, career development, and team morale
• Partner with cross-functional departments to develop and implement operational improvements to daily workflows.
• Accountable leader to the Provider Relations team success to include department operational, quality, and individual KPIs.
• Conducts provider outreach by providing training and guidance to enable Avesis network providers to become more self-sufficient in confirming eligibility, claims submission and payment by use of available tools.
• Responds to general provider contract inquiries, provider education and non-routine claim issues and may research, analyze, and recommend resolution for provider disputes.
• Ability to review and negotiate fee exceptions and submit documentation through the proper channels.
• Understanding of health insurance claims, as well as an ability to analyze data to resolve provider service issues.
• Working knowledge of credentialing process
• Perform onsite facility reviews, when applicable and conduct quarterly face-to-face visits within the assigned territories and/or markets. Work closely and coordinates with Avesis Claims, Customer Service, Utilization Management, Clinical Management, Credentialing, Recruitment, Account Management, and other staff to develop operational solutions for various provider network projects.
• Investigate and respond to complex provider related issues and initiate change of provider related database information.
• Knowledge of and ability to use various computer programs such as Microsoft Office including spreadsheet, word processing and presentation software and programs/systems utilized in data analysis.
• Ability to prioritize and organize a diverse workload required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and effective listening skills required.
• Attend work-related events/conferences while representing the organization and brand in a professional manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required:  Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 3+ years government and/or commercial vision and/or medical background required.
• 1+ years in a Leadership capacity (management, projects, processes, etc.)
• Provider Relations experience preferred.
• Knowledge of health plan operations preferred.
• Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) certified or Certified dental assistance (CDA) preferred.
• Intermediate PowerPoint skills required; ability to highlight details, provide visual structure using themes, importing Excel data, adding links, playing video files, using animation, and preparing for a live slideshow.
• Microsoft applications and other windows-based applications to include a moderate level in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft OneNote, and databases. 
• Self-Starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be highly organized, detail oriented and a self-starter with strong managerial skills and a track record of success in a fast-paced organization.

Travel Requirements:

A valid driver's license with proof of auto insurance and the ability to use your own vehicle is required. The ability to travel up to 50% is required to meet prospective clients, existing customers, attend trade shows and other meetings as needed.  Travel requirements may vary at different times of the year and can range from short/overnight trips to extended stays, visiting different regions to oversee project/client implementation or to provide guidance to our customers.  Modes of transportation may also include public transportation, such as rail, bus, car and/or plane.  Travel/mileage reimbursement will be provided in alignment with the IRS annual mileage program and/or receipts submitted through the company expense report policy.

Hourly Range: $55,790 - $87,230

Responsible for the management of Supply Chain Processes for the business unit. Leads the execution,  development and improvement of strategies and processes for the following functional areas: Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Matrixed Global Logistics and Distribution organization and regions in collaboration with regional supply chain leaders. Worldwide IBP and Demand to Supply Planning Process owner for the business unit.

The role is responsible for management of the overall Supply Chain Processes. Leads the development and improvement of strategies and processes for the following functional areas: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and matrixed Global Logistics and Distribution organization, for all domestic locations and all regions in collaboration with the Regional Supply Chain Leaders. The role is also the Worldwide IBP and the Demand to Supply Planning Process Owner for this Business unit.

The leader ensures effective Supply Chain processes via standardized utilization of tools and people capabilities. This position has the responsibility of making sure there are processes in place to drive capacity and resource plans to balance worldwide demand, global process improvement initiatives and key driver goals.

This position has responsibility for working with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the right Supply Chain Strategies and Processes are in place to support global and regional business and customer needs.  Supports and works closely with the Business Unit President, VP/GM’s of the Platforms and Regional Business Leaders, Manufacturing Operations Leaders, Finance Leaders, Marketing and Sales Leaders, R&D Leaders, the BDX Supply Chain Leaders and Supply Chain Leaders in all regions to drive overall business performance including overall service, inventory and cost objectives.  Develops comprehensive Supply Chain business metrics and ensures alignment of Supply Chain strategies with global and regional business strategies.

The position is accountable for appropriately managing and improving overall cash health (inventory- DIOH) and achieve goals on that front. The position also has overall responsibility for Global product deployment, and works with the respective Supply Managers and regions to have processes in place for allocation methodology and shipments according to business needs. The position is responsible for developing and improving communication processes for significant current/potential supply performance problems (schedule unfeasibility or non-compliance, material or capacity imbalances, Supplier issue, etc.) to the appropriate stakeholders.

As the Business Unit IBP Process Owner, this position is responsible for the implementation, and facilitation of Best Practice processes and systems with an overall objective of continuous improvement of the IBP process.  This includes coordination of New Activities, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Integrated Reconciliation and Management Business Reviews for the entire Business Unit scope.

This position is responsible for developing and improving the capabilities of the Supply Chain Organization.  This includes developing the capabilities of the Associates and deploying and leveraging continuous improvement methodology, including lean approach, validation, and (planning) system utilization.  The position ensures that policies and procedures are in place to provide for safe operations. The position ensures that Supply Chain Operations are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements.

The position reports to the VP Global BU Supply Chain Planning (based in Switzerland) with a dotted line to the VP BU Integrated Supply Chain (based in US), is a team member of the extended Business unit ISC Leadership Team, and a member of the BDX-Global BU Supply Chain Planning Leadership team.

Direct reports to this position include roles in IBP, Demand Planning, and Supply Planning.

Functional Responsibilities

Supply Chain Demand to Supply Process

·        Member of the Planning Leadership team and Operations extended Leadership Team. Participate on strategy and business review sessions.

·        Together with other members of the Leadership Team take business decisions and develop and deploy business strategies.

·        Together with the Manufacturing Operations Leaders develop and update Operations strategies that are aligned to the business strategies.

·        Together with the IBP, Demand Planning and Supply Planning Managers, develop the Supply Chain Strategy for the Business. This strategy should be aligned with the Business and Operations strategies.

·        Together with the IBP, Demand Planning, and Supply Planning Managers, enhance the capabilities of supply chain associates to meet the new or improved processes.

·        Directly manage the Managers of IBP, Demand Planning, and Supply Planning. Coaching them on strategy development, process excellence and execution.

IBP Process

·        Ensures that Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning process and meetings are implemented and institutionalized in all regions of the world.  Drives continuous improvement towards Best Practice processes and systems.

·        When required Chairs Global IBP Management Business Review meetings or any other meeting as needed.  Works directly with key functional stakeholders across all applicable domestic and international regions.

·        Acts as lead to aid in infrastructure, education, training and implementation of both the regional and the Global IBP process.  This includes working with Business Leaders on improving Business strategy and business management, validating the forecast accuracy, managing inventory strategy and parameters globally and aligning the Financial/Business plans with the appropriate operations plans.

·        When required facilitates the Global meetings and attends the Regional Demand Review, Supply Review and Management Business Review IBP meetings to get the appropriate buy-in and information.  When required facilitates the determination of the MBR agenda, aids in the roll-up of information, acts as liaison between the regional meetings and representatives to enable the global process.

·        Establishes work processes for continuous improvement of IBP process using Best Practice benchmarking methodology and periodic process assessments.

Demand Planning

·        Together with the Managers of Demand Planning and within the IBP umbrella, ensures an effective demand planning process is in place across all sites.

·        Provides summary outputs of the demand process at the IR and MBR IBP meetings.

·        Works closely with regional representatives to develop accurate and timely demand plans.

Supply Planning

·        Together with the Managers of Supply Planning, and within the IBP umbrella ensure an effective monthly Supply process is in place across all sites, identifying and resolving significant supply-demand imbalances over a rolling two year period.   Drives functional process excellence across the business unit

·        Provides summary outputs of the Supply Process at the Integrated Reconciliation and Management Business Reviews Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning meetings.

·        Establishes strategies, key performance metrics, target objectives/guidelines and improvement initiatives to meet supply management objectives, including differentiated offerings by product/customer classification or geography as appropriate.

·        Develops a Global Inventory Strategy Process, including the development of inventory targets by product line.  Ensures the establishment of target inventory levels and mix to achieve management objectives for service levels, backorder incidence/duration and inventory- DIO goals. Identifies and leads efforts to improve inventory velocity and minimize preventable losses due to excess supply and obsolescence.

·        Designs and executes service strategies to drive customer satisfaction in line fill, reduced shipments per order, and on-time arrival of orders.

·        Ensures single point-of-contact in major short-supply issues and prioritizes allocation methodology and shipments according to business need.

·        Effectively directs the supply planning elements for new product introductions, conversions and rationalization efforts.

·         Ultimately responsible to balance service and inventory in the business unit

Logistics

·        Collaborates with the matrixed Global Logistics and Distribution teams on global logistics strategies and key performance metrics aligned with the business strategies for Shipping, storage, receiving and transportation improvement programs, Inventory levels, distribution strategy, Warehouse utilization, etc.  

·        Collaborates a global distribution and transportation strategy, in alignment with manufacturing strategy.  Optimizes network for transportation efficiencies, inventory carrying costs, E/O costs, and customer service levels.

·        Identifies areas of opportunity within the worldwide supply chain.

Reporting and Communication

·        Develops and maintains metrics to track performance and business contribution.

·        Provide periodic assessment and communication of  maturity progress on WW IBP Process.

Team Responsibilities

·        Participates in and contributes to applicable initiative teams within BDX.

·        Educates teammates on supply chain processes.

·        Supports an environment which promotes positive communication.

·        Exhibit a passion for improvement and professionalism.

·        Keeps abreast of US and non-US regulations affecting own area of supervision/management and complies with those regulations.  Initiates changes to practices and procedures to support compliance requirements.  Communicates the need for regulatory compliance to members in own functional area.

·        Responsible for effective implementation and continuous improvement of IBP process within this Business unit.  Centralization and management of integration across all business locations.

·        Shared accountability for key plant supply chain metrics, i.e., back order, DIO, stock loss and excess/obsolete inventory costs.

·        Shared accountability for additional global key supply chain metrics including finished goods inventory turns and service-to-sales levels.

This role will be a full-time, permanent position. Daily you will be working with Scientist and supporting them with kanban and stock management, making reagents, document completion and glassware and plastic collection and washing.

80% of your time, will be supporting laboratory operations and rest of the time will be desk-based completing vital documentation.

What we’re looking for

• Experience: We don't require any science degree or qualification, but we would like you to have some experience in laboratory work and be aware of Good Manufacture Practise standards. We are looking for a team member, who will stay with us long-term and has a curiosity about science. Customer Service experience is preferable.

• Proactively delivering the operational laboratory support handling workload and service levels as required - stock management, helping with deliveries, laboratory housekeeping activities

POSITION SUMMARY
This position provides supply receipt, delivery and inventory management services to an assigned area or department of the medical center or facility.

CORE FUNCTIONS
1. Takes a daily inventory of assigned supply storage area and/or clinical department supplies (Par Carts), requisitions and restocks supplies to par levels. Rotates stock and maintains a clean and orderly storage area in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

POSITION SUMMARY

This position provides decision support business intelligence that may include cost accounting, financial planning, and payroll and productivity within the Financial Planning and Analysis team. This position manages large datasets and databases to develop and maintain the decision support system. In addition, the role requires working with innovative analytical tools while applying advanced data mining knowledge, statistics, and healthcare billing expertise. The position is the subject matter expert on highly complex reports, data repositories and source system interfaces. Responsibilities also include developing enhanced methods of data analysis and presentation, facilitating both quality and efficiencies to support strategic planning, leadership, and decision-making activities.   

CORE FUNCTIONS

1. Provide data warehouse management, business intelligence ideas, and maintenance of decision support software. Develop standards and operating procedures for technical processes. Normalize, validate, and ensure data integrity through comprehensive auditing and analysis.

2. Manages data accuracy through ongoing validation and comparison of data warehouse to operational activity. Aligns data communication with key stakeholders to ensure consistent data share and interpretation. Ensures precision in data compilation for informed operational decisions across Banner Health.

3. Work with multiple data sources and expected to troubleshoot data issues and other report/dashboard issues at a moderately complex level and appropriately escalate issues as needed.

4. Analyzes and reports on customer needs. Manages and supports the identification and research of new developments and uses of current systems and applications, as well as upgraded systems and applications such as Power BI, SQL, and Tableau.

5. Provides direction with technology partners to coordinate implementation and support for financial and clinical information systems to enhance current and future system functionality.

6. Responsible for Intermediate to Advanced level queries in Excel, Power BI, SQL (or similar language). Ability to work with advanced data visualizations for dashboard creation OR responsible for basic queries in SQL (or similar language) and proficient operational analysis.

7. This position works closely and directly with executive, senior and mid-level management at all levels of the organization to deliver BI solutions. Engages key stakeholders as internal customers through advanced professional level communication.  Compares decision support data to financial performance and provides insight into interdependency.

8. Develop curriculum and conduct end-user training sessions as needed on the various application modules of the business intelligence, data warehousing and analytics systems. 

9. Works on complex problems in which analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors. Proven advanced analytical and modeling skills are necessary. Must be able to work with minimal supervision and prioritize multiple projects that utilize sophisticated software programs. Exercise judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Position interacts with all levels of hospital and system leadership and staff, physicians, regulatory agencies, and vendors.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must possess strong knowledge of business, finance, health management, statistics, and analytics as normally obtained through the completion of a bachelor’s degree. 

Must also possess seven plus years of decision support experience in healthcare or an equivalent combination of relevant education, technical, business and related industry experience. POSITION SUMMARY

This position provides support to the company’s Corporate Secretary and various business partners and functions. Responsibilities include maintenance of corporate records, including affiliates and joint ventures. Functions as paraprofessional utilizing special legal knowledge and skills.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

POSITION SUMMARY
This position supervises operational, technical, and personnel activities associated with Environmental Services. Manages department use of labor, supplies, vendors, inventory levels and other controllables within budget guidelines while assuring optimal service to all clinical and non-clinical departments within the hospital/facility.

CORE FUNCTIONS
1. Supervises all Environmental Services personnel and daily work in assigned areas throughout medical center campuses and other associated buildings in an effective, efficient manner that enhances service levels while providing appropriate control of expense budgets, staffing and the effectual resolution of interdepartmental and personnel problems. Processes and maintains records of accounts payable, supplies received, equipment maintenance, and other department business.

3. Performs daily patient rounding and inspection of assigned areas to assure hospital standards for cleanliness are met. Works in conjunction with infection control department to meet all standards. 4. Schedules special projects and monitors equipment and furniture moves for all hospital departments; tracks inventories and movements in computer software program. Coordinates services for major housekeeping requests, such as construction planning, event planning, and all emergency-related facility responses.

5. Works with patients, nurses, physicians, department leaders and other professional and non-professional staff members regarding environmental services requests, infection prevention, service resolution opportunities, and other interdepartmental matters. Provides timely follow-up for information to requesting departments. Communicates and consults with management in other facilities on best practices.

6. Makes recommendations, devises, plans and implements, procedures, and enforces department policies and procedures in conjunction with leadership. May perform the functions of the staff.

7. Departmental/facility responsibility. Internal customers are other staff, physicians, patients, visitors, managers, and executives. External customers are patients, visitors, vendors, other company facilities, and non-company medical facilities. This position provides input and has involvement in system/facility taskforce/committees.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Requires the skills, knowledge and abilities typically gained over three or more years of diversified healthcare or similar institutional Environmental Services experience, including extensive knowledge of leadership, staff training, customer service, computerized staffing and inventory principles and practices. Must have a thorough working knowledge of floor care maintenance (hard floors and carpets) and the machinery and chemicals used. Must demonstrate thorough knowledge of patient care area and room cleaning, as well as surgical suite terminal cleaning as defined by established standards. Must possess knowledge of hazardous waste procedures and regulations, Standard Precautions, and JCAHO standards on Infection Control and Environment of Care. The ability to research and compile statistical reports and to compute basic mathematical calculations is essential. Employees working at the Boswell Skilled Nursing Facility must possess an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card at the time of hire and maintain the card for the duration of their employment.

Travel Requirements:

A valid driver's license with proof of auto insurance and the ability to use your own vehicle is required. POSITION SUMMARY

CORE FUNCTIONS

4. Works with other analysts to manage key financial processes within the organization (including operating budgets, forecasts program reporting and analysis, charge management, cost accounting, decision support and reimbursement analysis).

5. Provides financial modeling resources for special projects assigned to the department by management for analysis.

6. Prepares timely and accurate reports and presentations for state and federal agencies, administration and corporate to satisfy mandated reporting requirements policy, law or management. Maintains accurate statistical, contractual or other financial databases, as assigned.

7. 9. Provides leadership, direction and training for staff reporting to operation leaders; audits and resolves work process problems. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or equivalent experience.

Requires a proficiency level typically attained with 3 to 4 years of experience in healthcare financial management/analysis work. Must have excellent analytical and organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with changing needs and deadlines. Requires excellent human relations skills and the ability to effectively interact and communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels staff and outside professionals.

Requires strong abilities in statistical analysis, data interpretation, computer software applications, database and spreadsheet programs, plus a proficiency in financial modeling techniques to generate management reports, projections, allocations, and analyses.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position supervises operational, technical, and personnel activities associated with Environmental Services. CORE FUNCTIONS
1. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

This role will focus on the functions of receiving, picking, storing, packing, and shipping. As a Warehouse Associate I, you will be required to excel in the areas of safety, quality, attention to detail, teamwork, and reliability. If hired prior to April 2024 this role will report to our Mesa, AZ facility at 7449 E Pecos Road until the Phoenix location is complete. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Support daily various distribution center functions including: receiving, picking, storing, packing, and shipping 
• Transport, store, and stage product 
• Ensure quality and productivity goals are met 
• Pull, prep, and complete shipping orders via RF scanners, paperwork, and box packaging 
• Perform data entry, merchandise scan-ins, and provide accurate inventory counts 
• Build shipping boxes based off variant product heights, weights, and contents  
• Create shipping labels via multiple carriers by accurately entering contents height, weight, and material; potential for creating international waybills  
• Utilize multiple computer systems to consolidate orders, complete commercial invoices, and create shipping labels
