Role summary:

To transport goods to and from customers' premises, and our central hubs, into the DX delivery network. This role requires the ability to work to deadlines and to manage on-road routes in order to achieve time-sensitive deliveries.



Key responsibilities

-Proven track record of driving vehicles in a safe and legal manner ensuring compliance with all legal requirements

-Understand and be able to comply with driver's hours and WTD legislation

-Understand and be able to carry out necessary vehicle checks to ensure vehicle safety and to be able to report defects correctly

-Must comply with on-site health and safety requirements

An exciting opportunity has arisen to become a part of the Obstetrics and Gynaecology waiting list team. We are looking for a full-time waiting list C-Section waiting list Ordinator with a cross cover for Gynaecology and Gynaecology Oncology. This is permanent contract working within a small team that is managed by our Senior Waiting List Co-Ordinator/Team Leader.

You will need to be a conscientious and enthusiastic team player, with excellent organizational and communication skills. You will have a good understanding of the 18-week RTT pathways, the Patient Access Policy and be trained in PAS. You will need to be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of patient confidentiality.

The post holder will provide waiting list management for the Obstetrics C-Section waiting list. This role relies on close working relationships with patients, consultants, secretaires, receptionist, the management team, and theatre teams.

Main job role responsibilities –
• Arranging patients C-Section dates
• Managing C-Section requests on ICE
• Managing and actioning the Elective Procedure inbox
• Arranging patient inductions on Cley
• Attending and presenting issues at the C-Section escalation meeting weekly
• Working with our Obstetrics secretaries
• Handling patients queries via telephone and email
• Liaise with ward and theatre staff
• Use PAS to book patients TCI’s
• Ensuring the Elective CS Booking system is correct with planned patients coming in and correct information added.

The post holder will support the Clinical System team in the delivery of technology to staff in Primary Care, empowering process change through technology and being a champion of digital technology. The position is for a highly motivated Community Technician, dedicated to providing high standards of clinical intervention including venepuncture, capillary sampling, observations and ECG's. This will be for patients in their own homes, care homes, the travelling community, community hospitals and/or in clinics.
