Stock put away required at certain hospitals

Delivery to patient address only – it is a prescription so we cannot delivery to any other alternative!
Stock taken to location within patients property at the patients choice – from the garage to the bedroom covering homes, bungalows, shared housing and flats
Stock rotation required
Handballing of stock from entrance to location within property
MHE – pump trucks, sack barrows, stair climbers
All drivers will be required to complete a basic DBS.

All drivers must have willingness to rotate – with patients being a little more ‘laborious’ we like to rotate drivers around so they all have an even and fair week

Hourly pay rate is from £17.25 to £23.13 and you will be paid weekly.

We are currently looking for a General Manager to join our Operations Team and be part of our continuing growth at our Corby Operation Centre.

As a General Manager you will take ownership of a Copart Facility, leading a team of people to ensure your facility's success.

As a General Manager you will take responsibility for the performance of the whole team. Through a management team under your direct leadership, you will inspire & motivate the team to ensure the efficient operation of your facility and the achievement of Key Performance Indicators and profitability of your business against expectations.

What we need from you:

• A proven track record of good people management and excellent leadership skills- Able to coach, develop, challenge and support the facility management teams to succeed and grow.

• An excellent communicator - able to effectively communicate with colleagues at all levels across facilities and the wider business.

• The ability to drive operational service - able to use operational metrics and levers to interpret reporting and data.

• Able to lead, challenge and motivate your team through performance management discussions, leading to consistent service standards.

• Experience of effective P&L management, driving revenues and challenging costs.

• The ability to drive continuous improvement - able to effectively manage and take ownership for change, ensuring that it is positively communicated, embraced and embedded, whilst service standards are maintained.

• Demonstrable understanding of the automotive service industry.
