1. To be responsible for analysing and abstracting complex patient clinical records and applying clinical coding rules and conventions.

An opportunity has arisen for a Band 4 System Administrator to join the Chief Operating Officer’s Directorate, Northwest Region (Cheshire & Merseyside System) on a permanent basis.

Role includes:
• Handling general administrative tasks, such as serving as the primary contact for distributing electronic communications and redirecting complex queries from stakeholders to the appropriate colleagues.
• Scheduling meetings and appointments using the calendar system for both external stakeholders and internal colleagues.
• Offering administrative support to the team as needed, including taking and distributing meeting minutes or notes and following up on actions from previous meetings.
• Establishing and maintaining effective electronic filing systems and managing the team's electronic diary.
• Utilising various IT applications to maintain existing and new project/program data collection systems/databases, providing accurate and timely information for the team's use.

Neway is looking for a Technical Officer to join the Housing Improvements team based with Sefton Council.

This role is starting on the 8th of December, working 36 hours a week initially for a 6 month contract.

Job Purpose:

Supporting the Principal Housing Improvement Officer in the delivery of comprehensive and efficient Home Improvement Service the post holder will assess adaptation requirements in line with relevant legislation, undertake design work to address identified requirements efficiently and effectively and manage the delivery of the works to a high standard.
