JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for ensuring and executing the seamless integration of financial systems, processes, and teams following mergers & acquisitions. This role ensures that financial data, reporting structures, and compliance requirements are aligned with the organization’s objectives. The senior manager works closely with Corporate, IT, and other departments to ensure efficient and effective integration, minimizing disruptions and maximizing operational efficiency.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
General
• Understand and communicate financial and accounting issues related to Mergers & Acquisitions.
• Research and advise working group on accounting issues related to transactions.
• Manage relationships with external advisors and any due diligence activity
• Ensure all sensitive and confidential information is handled appropriately.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Integration of systems, processes, accounting and financial analysis
• Work closely with Jabil stakeholders and acquired Teams to execute detailed integration plans for financial systems, processes, and teams integration. Includes delivering and/or coordinating Training for new site finance teams to integrate into Jabil policies and processes.
• Develop process to ensure monthly closing performed post-close, in accordance with US GAAP and SOX,, working closely with site finance team to delivering quality financials that is compliant with Jabil accounting policies
• Forecast & Analysis: Financial analysis for acquired business (Forecasts, budgets, models analysis), and integrate into Jabil’s budgeting forecasting process
Process Standardization and Optimization:
• Identify and standardize financial processes to ensure consistency with Jabil’s processes/policies post-integration.
• Work with site finance teams to streamline reporting, budgeting, and forecasting procedures.
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce redundancies.
Compliance and Risk Management:
• Ensure that all financial integration activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal controls
• US GAAP, SOX and Jabil policies compliance
• Maintain and update financial policies and procedures to reflect new systems and organizational structures.
Post-Integration Support:
• Oversee the stabilization of integrated financial systems and processes, ensuring that all issues are addressed.
• Monitor ongoing integration success and continuously identify areas for improvement.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
• Must have solid experience in finance and operational processes, M&A integrations
• Able to work across teams in Global organization
• Familiar with accounting regulations, US GAAP and IFRS.
• Good multi-tasker, able to manage and coordinate different tasks, and diverse group of stakeholders
• Hands-on and willing to work closely with stakeholders to solve issues
• Able to work with different cultures and time zones
• Fast/agile worker and learner
• Positive and collaborative work attitude
• Have commercial acumen combined with risk awareness.
• Have excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• Possess Strong SAP knowledge
• TM1/Prism skills and knowledge is preferred
• Good at analysis, finance reporting & internal control.

• Be able to analyze a great and complex amount of data.
• Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required
• Travel will be required
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance.
· Minimum eight (8) years experience in a relevant position
· Advanced degree and/or CPA qualification is preferred
· Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience
