- Serves as the program coordinator for the Human Performance and Wellness Program serving active-duty soldiers assigned to the United States Army Special Operations Aviation Command (USASOAC).
- Evaluates, analyzes, researches, and implements program guidance for the Human Performance and Wellness Program to validate current and future requirements.
- Conducts education via briefings, classes, seminars, and/or workshops on various mental and physical support topics with particular emphasis on human performance components.
- Coordinates with DoD, SOCOM, DOA and USASOC on the development of research proposals and focus areas.
