The following are the duties of this position at the full working level.

• Distributes, balances, monitors and reports on workload in accordance with established workflow or job specialization. Assures equitable distribution among employees and timely accomplishment of assigned work load.
• Amends or rejects work not meeting established standards and refers to supervisor any problems on meeting performance standards.
• Maintains current knowledge of procedures, policies and directives; answers questions; and provides both classroom and OJT instruction to employees.
• Resolves simple informal complaints, refers others to supervisor; reports on performance, progress and training needs of employees and on disciplinary problems.
• Performs administrative duties in the absence of the manager.

• Develop additional criteria for classifying of historical property.
• Collaborate with curator network systems to obtain specific historical item for display.
• Develop museum programs in accordance with the professional standard regulations.
• Perform daily evaluations on the artifact maintenance.
• Design exhibits with limited background research.
• Maintain liaison with other museums to obtain information on collection items.

• Provides security oversight and ensures compliance with INFOSEC, cybersecurity and physical security regulations.
• Prepares and provides foreign travel security, country and theatre briefings to employees making trips into foreign countries for official business and leisure.
• Processes access badges for employees assigned to facility, visitor requests, and coordinates VIP visits and all related physical security and AT measures.
• Conducts annual physical security inspections and threat/risk assessments to identify and resolve a variety of security deficiencies. Conducts regular inspections, to include restricted access areas.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of existing security practices; researches and recommends the type of control requirements, procedures, and facilities needed.
• Coordinates, interprets, and reviews directives issued by higher authority and ensures uniformity in all related security and foreign travel regulations and policies throughout the various programs.

• Manage, supervise, and coordinate all Logistics Assistance Program (LAP) logistical activities for a wide customer base across a large area of responsibility.

• Perform duties involving simple and routine techniques to size, issue, fit, exchange, and classify all clothing bag items utilizing the total spectrum of tariff -size clothing bags items meeting the Army's approved concept of fit.
• Inspect clothing articles to ensure they are free of defects.
• Maintain all sizes of clothing articles in bin stock and provide on hand balances to supervisors.
• Provide professional and caring customer service at all times.
• Follow regulatory guidance in determining proper fit of the items on individuals by visual observation and/or touch.

• Answers 911 calls and performs caller interrogation to determine the chief complaint and the nature of the call.

• Develop designs, plans, specifications, cost estimates for electrical wiring, motors, air conditioning units, power distribution systems, stabilized protected ADP power supplies, emergency generators, fire alarms of major size and complexity.
• Analyze, review and evaluate engineering design drawings and design analysis, specification and documents. and conduct surveys and investigations at project sites; evaluate data and incorporate into specifications.
• Plan and monitor construction phases to ensure compliance with applicable standards such as Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), National Electrical Code (NEC), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA).
• Consult with construction personnel on changes or resolve issues.
• Review Contractor submittals, shop drawings, samples and material certifications for accuracy, any adjustments and/or comments.

• Conduct Surveys to determine repairs required to meet regulatory standards.
• Communicate with personnel and senior level officials on the progress of completed work.
• Conduct in-process surveillance of contracted work in progress to ensure adherence to specification requirements.
• Complete technical inspections of US Army Vessels.

As a Supervisory Archives Specialist, you will:

• Negotiate with and assist other agencies in planning, directing, and coordinating a wide range of services on all holdings of the facility, which involves numerous record groups from federal agencies in a multi-state area.
• Supervise a subordinate section staff by making recommendations on determining personnel resource requirements and selection of personnel; changes in workflow and operating procedures; quality review programs; disciplinary actions; establishment, issuance, and application of performance standards for performance appraisals and award recommendations.
• Develop and implement plans and procedures to maximize space utilization. Conduct and document studies to determine adequacy of space, facilities, and equipment for the storage and servicing of records in the facility.
• Review ARCIS disposal reports, and associated documents, to ensure that all accessions listed on the reports are properly scheduled and eligible for disposal.
